### Cozy Casita & outdoor patio. Peaceful garden view.

A delightful private guesthouse with ensuite bathroom, closet, kitchenette. Home from home with fast internet. Beautiful deck to enjoy Florida warm evenings under the oak trees. Off street parking in a great, close to downtown Sarasota location. Clean, safe and cozy. Great Wifi.  
Designed for monthly stays. Perfect for professionals, traveling nurses or new residents to SRQ needing a place to call home for a month or two whilst finding a forever home.  
The space  
I run a well maintained shared stylish house share that caters for long term rentals. We offer monthly stays to interns, nurses and retirees/snowbirds looking to see what Sarasota is about before purchasing their own  
Linens, towels, toilet paper all available. Cleaning lady upon request.  
\*\*You just need your suitcase and laptop!  
\*\*\*\*\*We have security system, keyless entry and outside cameras.  
\*\*\*Private patio with al fresco dining, large yard with views overlooking nature so very private. Listen to the birds, watch the squirrels, see the hawks above.
