There is two (connect with App) electric vehicle charging station stations available. You will have access to the Fitness Center, Heated Pool, Laundry Facilities, and new fireplace in the waiting lounge on site. Enjoy living the “Vacation Life” all year long. There is a restaurant and a Tiki Bar, (Tarpon Bay) on site for your enjoyment, and a new Arcade Area for children. This property is in a Great Location, and many activities close by such as: Siesta Key, Mote Marine Aquarium, and Ringling Brothers with an added Bonus Only Three Miles from Airport. Sorry no pet and no smoking suite. Amenities: Resort features include Tarpon Bay, outdoor swimming pool, marina views. Onsite laundry $2 per wash/dry. Longer term, (discounted) than one-month rentals and rates can be discussed. Breakfast can be purchased at the front desk for an additional daily charge of $10 per adult and $5 for children. All rentals have a mandatory exit cleaning fee of $40\. NO PETS ALLOWED AND NO SMOKING violators will lose their deposit. Free Wi-Fi throughout our hotel keeps you connected, and our gym makes it easy to keep up your workout routine.
