Hope to be able to come back to this property again very soon. Well maintained, very clean, and we loved the roomy Kitchen. Please note, it was only my wife and I so the room layout was no issue but if you are utilizing all of the bedrooms you will have to figure out the bathroom situation since two of the bedrooms are accessible through the bathroom.. so some may find it a little awkward. Aug 8, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy Overall, a nice property! The outside area is beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice. Location is superb- within walking distance to everything in downtown Sarasota. Inside the house, the kitchen is updated and well stocked. Coffee bar is great and fully equipped. Layout of the house is odd and would not be suitable for multiple families travelling together as the main bathroom doesn't have locks on the door and has to be passed through to get to 2 bedrooms and the laundry. The 2nd bathroom is only accessible through a bedroom. There also isn't an obvious place to work, if you are looking to work from this home. Once you book via VRBO, there are multiple additional contracts to sign with the rental company. Pets over 25 lbs require separate approval as well.
