It was spotless when I arrived and is very well stocked with things like cleaning, cooking, and beach supplies. There is plenty of space, a nice living room area with comfy couches and a big TV, and a clean and relaxing balcony. The owners are very sweet and responsive to any questions I had. They are both truly special people. The property is not new but has been very well maintained. The exterior landscaping is constantly being worked on and it shows. The interior of the unit is very functional. Garbage drop off, tennis courts, the pool and the work out gym are all within a one block walk. The unit itself was immaculate when we arrived with plenty of supplies to help us get started. The complex is very close to downtown and in particular to the Ed Smith stadium. We felt very secure in the complex and often went for walks through the complex after dark. Jorge was a terrific host, he responded very quickly when we had questions, really good guy who takes good care of place. The house is very comfortable, we are a family of four (two teens), we all had room to be together and then have our own spaces, condo is good size. Great balcony, place is quiet, people are friendly in the area. Due to COVID gym was closed and pool had limited use, sign in and only allowed to stay one hour, but it’s nice. We did not use as much.
