About this space  
Unwind & Refresh! Our perfect getaway is fully remodeled and our cozy retreat rests in the most ideal location for everything Sarasota has to offer! Just 2 mi. to Siesta Key Beach! Beach towels, chairs & toys provided. Grocery, restaurants and unique shops within 1.5 mi. Indulge in watching gorgeous sunsets, walks on the beach, shop or dine in the many cafes in our community. Extras for your use-hammock, outdoor grill, board games, books, large screened in patio. Family neighborhood. Enjoy!  
The space  
The living room is open and bright with lots of seating. Enjoy a movie night with the equipped flat screen TV, (Wi-Fi and Pluto tv).  
The kitchen includes all your needed amenities; a full sized refrig, stove, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, pot, pans. The dining area easily seats 4-6 people which overlooks an enclosed patio. Make yourself a tropical drink and relax after a day at the beach or make some memories by challenging each other to a family game (included-cards/board games). Next to the enclosed patio is an uncovered porch. The uncovered porch is ideal for outdoor grilling or soaking up the sun (Lounge/beach chairs provided). Enjoy a game, read a book (provided) or relax in the hammock. Play with your kids or dog in the large fenced in backyard.

We tried to think of it all. This home has a full sized washer/dryer, beach chairs , towels and beach toys are ready for your use.  
Other things to note  
Trained and well behaved pets are allowed. Please note there is a $50 fee per pet per visit to cover additional cleaning.  
  
Also there is an additional $20 fee for guests over 4 or more for the stay. This expense covers extra bedding, cleaning, utilities etc. this transaction is not included in the Airbnb online transaction.
