I loved the bright cheery kitchen and it was well set up for dining in. Bedrooms were amply furnished with nice bedding and mattresses were great. Nice to have two full baths. We were surprised by all the beach toys, chairs, wagon, pool noodles etc. which were great! Only a couple of areas for improvement are recommended. It took about 48 hours for the smell to leave the home. I assume it was stagnant water in pipes but it was unpleasant nonetheless. Air fresheners eventually took care of the issue. The lanai had tears, the pool furniture was rusting and the pool deck is somewhat dangerous because of uneven pavers…this is a danger for everyone but especially for a smaller child. Pool was otherwise lovely and we did use it. We appreciated the timely pool cleaning service. One additional suggestion is it would be nice to have a sign/sheet explaining trash day, where the laundry is located and how to use the tv remotes. Aside from the pool issues, we truly enjoyed our stay. ##### Candace K. It's a reasonable drive to Lido Key/St. Armand's Circle and Longboat Key. The pool was lovely, and when we did notice that it was no longer warm, Larissa was quick to respond and have a part replaced. We walked to Southside Village for groceries, coffee, and dining. The neighborhood is generally quiet, but there is a lot of new construction during the day. It was a wonderful home and location for a longer stay. ##### Meg B.
