The backyard area is fenced in and private however it has several homes right beside and behind the pool area. For that reason, our home is not suitable for loud or highly energetic pool use for hours at a time, especially in the mornings and evenings. We love hosting families who are happy to relax, enjoy the pool respectfully, and use the home as a comfortable place to unwind after exploring Sarasota. It’s an older home, but very nice and well taken care of. The house was super clean and organized—I really appreciated how everything was labeled. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed to cook several meals at the house, which made things easy. They also had a wagon and beach chairs for us to use, which came in handy for trips to Siesta Key Beach (about 20–25 minutes away and our favorite!).The kids absolutely loved the pool, and the neighborhood was quiet and easy to get in and out of.
