The hotel is definitely of the era in which it was built but I think that adds charm. The hotel does provide a free shuttle bus to the sapporo train station. But its probably better to just pay for the pool entrance and not stay at this hotel. The bed was very uncomfortable. The room was using archaic central heating and unable to adjust the room temperature. Had to open a window to air out the stuffy room. Even with the air purifier in the room, the room was very outdated. If they spent more money on upgraded the rooms to the 21st centurary, i think guest would have a more comfortable stay. Breakfast was ok.
