It was very clean and well stocked with needed items. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The winding drive to the home isn’t for the faint of heart! Their delightful response was “too bad so sad” in nature. We did not want to lose our money so after our own power was taken out we continued to press forward post storm with our two small children. There was no electricity or gas along our way. We made it to Greenville, SC and discovered there was no power in the mountains at the property. Roads to the property were also impassable. Again,property management had no care in the world. I will never work with Vacasa ever again and I will encourage everyone I meet to do the same. ##### Whitney C.
