Excellent location and the flat is great. It is like a hotel so they provide cleaning services and security at the door. We wanted to change towels and they brought it to us so fast. I really recommend it!!

#### Friendly staff, clean property

Staff were friendly, prompt, and courteous. She even gave us a gift for mother's day. The room itself was clean and as described but the refridgerator was leaking. I appreciate the friendly staff who helped make our stay great!

Room is really outdated, bed is very uncomfortable, super hard. Air is noisy, as is the bedroom (you can hear everything in the street). Will def not come back.

El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado. Es su mejor estrella. El personal de la recepcion muy amable. Perfecto para una familia de 4 personas. Bien el AC, el internet podria ser mejor. Todo muy limpio. Baño y ducha muy bien. Colchones muy confortables. Si volveria. Es para recomendar.

Quarto limpo ao entrar, a limpeza do box deixou a desejar. O lixo foi retirado apenas 1 vez em 3 dias. Toalhas boas e limpas, porém as mantas estavam com cheiro de usadas ou de poeira. Funcionários prestativos e simpaticos. Ótima localização.

Sempre que venho a SP me hospedo aqui. A localização é excelente, proximo de restaurantes bons e fácil de locomover, inclusive à pé. A única ponderação que tenho é sobre o sofá cama que poderia ser mais confortável e os travesseiros são altos (para meu gosto).

#### Bom, mas pode melhorar

A localização é excelente, o estacionamento gratuito foi um ótimo diferencial e o check-in foi rápido e eficiente. O quarto é amplo, o colchão bem firme. Por outro lado, o lençol estava manchado, o ar-condicionado era barulhento e o box do banheiro estava encardido, com os rejuntes precisando de uma boa limpeza. Com alguns cuidados extras na manutenção e na limpeza, a experiência poderia ser bem melhor.

Nosso quarto não tinha os serviços de hotel; era propriedade privada, não contava com troca de toalhas e nem café da manhã - o que foi bem ruim. No mais, o custo benefício compensou. Cama confortável, quarto escuro e silencioso.

Ótimo custo benefício em São Paulo. O estacionamento é grátis, mas o café da manhã é pago. Rua tranquila e lugar seguro. No coração do jardins.
