We were traveling as a family of four—my wife, our two kids, and I—and this was the only hotel we found (even compared to big names like Marriott in São Paulo) that offered a room with a queen bed plus two twin beds, all in the same space. That made a huge difference for us. The amenities were excellent across the board. But what really stood out—and made the experience unforgettable—was the incredible hospitality of the entire staff, from the valet team to housekeeping. I highly recommend Fioreze and will absolutely be returning. The only thing that drove us crazy was the lights in the room would turn on during the night when it sensed any movement. The bed was very comfortable. The room quiet for sleeping.
