Ideal para famílias e grupos que buscam conforto e praticidade, em localização estratégica próxima à Igreja de São Francisco de Assis, Catedral Basílica de Nossa Senhora do Pilar, Museu Ferroviário, Centro Histórico e Serra do Lenheiro.  
  
The Space:  
A casa acomoda até 6 hóspedes em ambientes bem distribuídos.  
  
Nos quartos, há duas suítes equipadas com cama de casal, além de um mezanino também com cama de casal. A área comum conta com mais uma cama de casal, garantindo flexibilidade e conforto para os grupos.
