Very clean and a convenient Hotel near the cruise port. Room service was great. The restaurant with the hotel was top notch and there is a mall right across the street. Wonderful stay and wonderful staff.

The location and staff are the main reason why we will come back. I can’t say for bough about the staff - so knowledgeable and helpful. All of them - front desk, restaurant/bar, maintenance, etc. absolutely all of them.

Room not very clean; conditioner bottle was empty; second day: tea, coffee not replenished, some towels missing; took two (!) hours to get the tea bags and coffee. No water cooker in the room (why giving tea bags without the option of boiling water?). Maintenance so-so. Great breakfast with friendly staff. Convenient location. However: Uber drivers could not find the hotel easily.

The staff was very friendly and spoke English. Raul at the front desk especially. Also, the restaurant in the Hotel is excellent. The Cod was delicious. I would not hesitate to return to the Sheraton and the restaurant.

First time @ the sheraton santos

Without a shadow of doubt the best hotel ive stayed in @ Santos Good size room , great wifi , good breakfast Virtually next door to the best shopping mall in Santos & Carrefour supermarkets All the staff spoke English which is a bonus for brasil 10 minute walk to the nearest beach Very quiet of an evening Overall a perfect stay

Great location. Definitely a good pick for before or after a cruise. The only reason I did not give it 5⭐️ is that they have no concierge so not much in terms of getting advice on what is going on in the area. Not everything that is happening is easy to find online. A concierge service would have been super helpful.

Great top notch full service hotel with a great indoor heated pool, perfect for families. My only complaint is that I paid full price for a deluxe room with a king bed. However, the loaded refrigerator was broken. Therefore, all we had were warm beverages. I would expect that I hotel at this level would verify that everything is working BEFORE renting the room. We reported the problem and no type of refund was offered and no one was available to fix the problem until at least the following day. However, we were already gone by then.
