The front entrance of the building is located on the main street (Presidente Wilson) and the rear entrance puts you directly on the beach. There is a small market and a restaurant located on the street level of the building. The bus stop is located almost directly in front of the building, and a supermarket is directly across the street. There is a playground and park located directly next to the building on the beach.
