This property was centered in a perfect place, you get the feel of the local people yet, you are close to every place on the island. The gentleman Demetio was excellent along with the other receptionist! Wow they went beyond what was expected!

Agréable studio

Séjour très agréable dans ce studio "Eucalyptus Houses", logement propre, la femme de ménage est venue nous voir tout les matins pour savoir si on avais besoin de ses services, nous avons été accueillis aux alentours de 6h du matin, et nous avons pu rendre les clefs du logement à 5h du matin (départ matinal), hôtesse à l'écoute et serviable. Nous avions le studio numéro 1, avec un grand balcon, et le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Je recommande vivement ce lieu pour séjourner à Santorin.

Imaculate place and friendly staff (Julia).

We had an apartment between 3 people. The place was super clean, organised, comfortable and well equipped. Julia was incredible with her hospitality, gave us all the info we need about the area and things to do and made us feel at home in an instant. She’s super friendly, warm and welcoming. Wish we had more time and stayed longer!

Not close to anything, Julia was of no help

If you have a general concern about your stay, the staff will just shrug it off or lie. Also, the street is very noisy with traffic, barking dogs, and music at all hours. I barely slept which affected my time there immensely. Travel to the sights was at least 30 minutes. Do not go with taxis ever. Also do not rent anything from the car lot across the street, green sign - Danezis Rent a Car - pure con! There are other places near by if you want to rent a car or bike. Stay closer to Oia, and do everything there. I would NOT stay at eucalyptus again. The pictures of the hotel are actually just the front of reception. The hotel where you will be sleeping is a walk up the street where you will be tucked behind a medical clinic with a nice view of the back of the clinic or alleyway.
