Experience indoor
The 250 sq. m. villa has an open plan living area with a cozy lounging space, a dining area and a high end fully equipped kitchen. Comfortably sleeping 10 persons, there are four main bedrooms all equipped with a queen double bed and a loft with a double mattress. 2-4 additional guests can be hosted at the very comfortable sofas of the house at an extra cost. The villa contains three bathrooms and it also includes all the amenities appropriate for a luxury and high-quality vacation. Some of them are: hot water, television, wi fi, air conditioning, daily housekeeping, portable barbecue, and two fireplaces (for the winter).

Aleria Villa can host up to 14 guest with the following bed arrangements:
8 guests sleep in the 4 bedrooms
2 guests sleep at the loft with a double matress
4 guests sleep at the very comfortable sofas of the villas (2 living rooms and loft)

Experience Outdoor
Outdoors the beautiful and spacious landscape with the sparkling pool leads you to an atmosphere of the eternal Hellenic blue. While making it impossible to resist relaxing moments under the sun enjoying a refreshing drink, you can also indulge in a delicious meal in the outdoor sitting area. One of the main advantages of the villa is the way the sun and its luminous train covers it from its sunrise till its dawn.


Offering a private pool and a garden, the Cycladic-style Aleria Villa is located in Mesaria Village. It features a fully equipped and elegantly decorated unit with fireplaces and Aegean Sea, garden and pool views. Free WiFi is available throughout.

Fitted with an attic, arches and elements of traditional architecture, this air-conditioned, 4-bedroom villa of Aleria opens to a furnished terrace and a balcony. It consists of 2 living rooms with flat-screen, satellite TV and an open-plan kitchen with dining area and oven with hobs. A hairdryer, an iron and a washing machine are included.

Guests may relax on the sun loungers of the sun terrace by the pool. Free maid service is provided every 2 days.

Location
Aleria Villa is located in Messaria, a traditional village in the centre of Santorini island, at a distance of about 2 km away from the capital town of the island, Fira. Built on a farm with a view to the eastern Aegean and the island of Anafi is enough to steal your heart and mind.

Surroundings
The villa is situated in an area where one can combine the perfect and relaxing atmosphere of the countryside along with the pleasure of enjoying the wonderful and full of options life the island has to offer. Choosing either through a quiet road or a beautiful path the village of Mesaria is only a 5 minute walk. The several blue and white chapels with the bell towers and the traditional white homes shine like precious gems in the splendid sunlight making it an ideal place for a stroll and taking pictures. Archontiko Argyros is one of the must-sees. It is a beautiful museum with neoclassical architect where one can explore the life of the Santorini’s rich families, usually land owners of the wineries, back in the 19th century. Fira, being only 5 minutes away, occupies the centre of the ultimate Santorinian lifestyle with its breathtaking caldera, restaurants, coffee and souvenir shops, fashion stores, clubs and art galleries. You will definitely be amazed and get the feeling to visit again soon in the near future!

The centre of Mesaria Village is a 5-minute walk away and Fira Town is 2 km away. A restaurant, a café bar and a mini market for the general supplies can be found at a distance of 500 metres. Santorini National Airport is 3 km away and Kamari Beach is 7 km away. ***. Climate Resilience Tax***

Très bon accueil sur place et communication aisée avec les propriétaires. La maison est propre et entretenue. Une personne faisait nos lits et changeait nos serviettes quotidiennement. Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine car il faisait trop froid mais c’est un lieu parfait pour se reposer ou faire la fête entre amis. La maison est à 5/7 min en voiture de l’entree De Thira et 10 min de l’aeroport. Oia est à 30 min mais globalement c’est central pour visiter l’Ile. Je recommande cette villa pour une famille nombreuse ou des amis. Il manque juste un peu d’ustensiles de cuisines

Our group was 8 adults total and Aleria Villa was an amazing place for our stay in Santorini! The Villa was as presented in the listing and was excellent value for money and accommodations were simple but ample for a Greek Island vacation. The yard and pool were a great hangout space. Housekeeping came and did a nice job every other day, pool was cleaned daily. Location isn’t your classic Santorini cliff house but the villa had tons of space to make up for all that and honestly it was nice to end the day in a quieter location away from the crowds. Many restaurants / beaches are between 10 and 20 minutes away which was fine.Stravoula (the host) went above and beyond to support us before arrival and throughout the stay and helped us organize all sorts of activities (catamaran tour, restaurant bookings, driver for trips around the island, wine tasting, a chef who came and cooked us a meal). Probably the best host for any place we have stayed in. It really made the trip special for all of us!

We stayed here with a group of 10 friends and had an absolutely amazing time! From start to finish, everything was smooth, fun, and thoughtfully organized. The house itself was beautiful and super comfortable for a large group—plenty of space for everyone to relax and hang out.What really made the trip special were all the recommendations we received. The hosts clearly put a lot of care into making sure guests have the best experience possible. The driving service made getting around super easy, the boat day was a total highlight, and the personal chef was incredible—one of the best meals we’ve had on vacation!We had such a blast and made memories we’ll never forget. Can’t recommend this place enough if you're looking for a fun, stress-free getaway with friends!

She arranged our catamaran cruise and gave us a number to a driver we loved using. When Someone left shorts on the catamaran she arranged for their return. Such a relaxing place to stay. The villa was perfect for our party of 6 adults and one three year old. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Stavroula organised cars to be delivered to the villa ( which I think is a must as everything is quite a walk away) and also a private chef to come on our last evening which turned out to be the highlight of our trip! The whole experience was wonderful. Thank you to Bora, the housekeeper for keeping everything looking beautiful, to Stavroula for answering any queries we had so quickly and to chef Nita for her amazing food. We were sad to leave.

Our stay at Aleria Villa from July 9th to July 13th was nothing short of spectacular. Our group of 8, which included my wife, our two daughters, my sister-in-law, brother-in-law, niece, nephew, and myself, enjoyed every moment in this stunning villa. The villa itself was absolutely amazing – spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. One of the highlights was the fantastic pool, where we spent countless hours relaxing and enjoying the beautiful Santorini weather. What truly set this experience apart was our host, Stavroula. She was incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. From assisting with transportation reservations to providing excellent restaurant and activity recommendations, she was always super responsive to our requests and needs. The combination of the luxurious villa and the exceptional hospitality made our vacation unforgettable. We highly recommend Aleria Villa to anyone looking for a dream vacation in Santorini. We highly recommend this property. Great communication with Stravoula the property manager. The space worked well for two families. Highlight was the pool and outdoor area. Kitchen was well stocked so we cooked several meals. We liked that we could easily drive to other towns and beaches.

Everything about Aleria Villa was fabulous! My family of 8 came to Santorini to celebrate my 60th birthday. Communication with Stavroula the property manager via WhatsApp was excellent. She contacted me prior to arrival with recommendations and information, then was waiting for us at the villa to greet us and let us in. She messaged us several times during our 6 day stay to check on us to see if we needed anything. Bora the housekeeper was friendly and helpful and did an excellent job talking care of the villa. We were so pleased to see a cat and kittens in the backyard, and Bora takes care of the cats too. The villa was amazing and the pictures don’t do it justice. Everything about it was top notch. We spent a great deal of time lounging around the pool and cooking delicious meals in the well appointed kitchen. We rented 2 cars and the villa was a perfect location for exploring the island. We absolutely loved our stay!

Generally it was very nice. But some tweaking would be good. There need to be more towel bars in the bathrooms. It would be nice to have Kleenex and plenty of extra toilet paper. It would also be nice to have coasters. These are fairly small items but would certainly kick it up to another level. It is a very beautiful facility in a good location. We did have some trouble with adequate hot water but it was repaired in a timely fashion. In general, we were very pleased. Thanks!

We stayed 5 nights at the villa & it was amazing. Perfect location to go eat or out for the day exploring, we rented side by sides. Bora was there every morning to take care of any needs for the villa like towels or cleaning. Stavroula checked in frequently & was always available to answer any questions regardless of the time! House was spacious and accommodated our group perfectly. Store was walking distance to quaint center of town. Air conditioner in each room worked perfectly. Pool was awesome and so were the many lounging area. The loft is not for tall people and has no ac. Stavroula is so kind, patient and knowledgeable about the area. She arranged transportation for us and at our request had an ATV delivered to the house which we paid the rental fee. The ATV helped to bring groceries back to the house versus carry. Bora the care taker was very helpful also. We will return. Thank you Stavroula and Bora.

We were two famiies of seven adults staying at this villa and this review is from all of us. Stavroula, the property manager, is a treasure and we are very grateful to her for everything she did to assist us during our stay. She was very responsive and helpful with all our questions and requests. The housekeeper was discreet; we appreciated her flexibility around us. We loved the outdoor space: terrace, seating areas and pool. The town of Messaria is about 10 minutes walk & has a supermarket, bakery, coffee shop, restaurants, vehicle hire etc. Fira is accesible by bus or approx 40 minutes walk. There are footpaths behind the property otherwise its a very busy road into Messaria. Beaches are accessible by bus. The villa description is misleading: it's a four not five bedroom property. The beds are all doubles. There is a low ceiling mezzanine with a mattress on the floor. It was impractical for use for reasons of privacy, too hot and no blinds or covering for the roof windows. We were two couples and three single people of different ages and abilities expecting five bedrooms. Six bottles of water were provided on arrival however we had to walk into town daily to stock up (tap water is not drinkable). Maybe having a daily water delivery could be an option for guests who do not have a vehicle or less able to carry several bottles of water up a hill. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa.

This was a special place for our family vacation. This villa was perfect for my parents, my two adult sons and me and my husband. Everyone had their own spaces and plenty of room to spread out. The outdoor area is the star of the show - amazing. Messaria was out of the way and not in all the crowds but a quick car ride away. Stavroula was amazing and always a text away when we needed help. The only downside was the construction next door that started at 7 AM and sometimes went until 5 or 6 PM. They seems to be new construction all over the island. We would definitely come back!

We loved our stay at this villa. It had 4 bedrooms and a loft which was perfect for our group of 7. There was plenty of gathering space so that we could enjoy each other. There was also plenty of areas where you could have some time to yourself. The pool area was spacious enough for all. Stavroula was a great host. She helped arrange transportation and pick ups from the airport as people arrived at different times. We would definitely stay here again.

My extended family and I had a great stay in Stavroula’s home. She is a great communicator, and was very helpful with dinner recommendations, rental cars, arranging a catamaran cruise, and a private chef. The home is lovely, and the pool area is delightful. It’s a quick drive to pretty much anywhere on the island. Warning to folks with children, pretty much everything is white, so be careful with dirty feet! And the pool is not heated, which I think is typical for Santorini, so it was a bit chilly in April.
