The "Rosina" is a 3-room apartment with a total area of 80 square meters, situated on the 2nd floor of the building. It features a practical and cozy furnishing style. The living/dining room comes equipped with a double sofa bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length, providing additional sleeping space. This room also has direct access to the balcony. Additionally, there is one double bedroom with its own exit to the balcony. The kitchen/living room area is combined and includes an oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, kettle, and microwave. It also has a sofa bed measuring 90 cm wide and 190 cm long, offering extra sleeping capacity. This room also leads out to the balcony.  
  
Amenities Included  
The "Rosina" apartment is well-equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation experience. It features a shower, bidet, and toilet facilities. Gas heating and air-conditioning are available, with the heating system operational only from November 1st to March 31st. The apartment boasts a spacious balcony measuring 25 square meters, furnished with balcony furniture and deck chairs, offering beautiful views of the sea and the resort.
