Uber is the most reliable means of transport in the city. No Parties/Events: Strictly prohibited. Quiet Hours: Keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. Condo Policies: All guests must comply with Torre Mineri XVIII condominium rules. Airbnb Terms: Guests agree to Airbnb’s terms and must provide a valid working phone number.
