Bon séjour en général, Seul problème, les chambres sont mal insonorisées et le personnel de l’hôtel frappe à la porte des 8h00 du matin, pourquoi je ne saurais le dire Ce n’est franchement pas agréable quand on veut se reposer

Sans aucun doute le meilleur hôtel de la ville. Le personnel est professionnel et très à l écoute, les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables, un petit rafraîchissement de l établissement serait néanmoins bienvenu!

A recommander, très bel endroit
Les chambres sont exceptionnelles. Elles sont grandes et confortables. Le petit déjeuner qui est proposé est très varié et bon. Tout le personnel est agréable, attentionné, aimable etc...L'hôtel est très propre. Mes filles ont adoré la piscine qui a une vue magnifique sur la ville.

Really liked the hotel. Obly one negative comment, I booked a suite with a balcony but that floor was in renovation. Instead of an upgrade I received a less expensive room and no credit was given

I had a terrible experience, there was a very loud music until 4 am, this is the most expensive hotel in santo domingo, and I could not rest! Paid for parking, wasnt able to use it , had to go back to activate..: the phone in the room did not work, so I had to go down the lobby to order, my grand daughters went to sleep , came in late because I called, burned and cold, order more towels even as I said I had two toddlers in my reservation we were short of towels, hotel is very comfortable, and nice rooms, I really had bad luck

It is very expensive! For the parking need to pay as separate charges, the bathroom is dirty and the main entrance is not private. Need yo pay also 500 pesos per internet use daily. Is not worth its value.

Evrrybody was so pleasant. The staff was amazing they greeted me with respect. Check in was fast and easy. Will recommended this place and the Bkue Mall was attack didn't have to leave Marriott. Keep up the GREAT work you guys are doing.

Roll-away bed was, even if confirmed by email before arrival, NOT in the room.
