Je suis venue de Polynésie Française où je réside pour le concert des Rolling Stones et j'ai été très satisfaite de l'hôte, du service et de la restauration. Le seul bémol : les travaux de rénovation des chambres en cours, ce qui fait évidemment beaucoup de bruit et résonne énormément partout !

L'hôtel est magnifique et très bien place ( 10min du metro) Le bar Duke's est un plus inconstestable ! les chambres ont une vue magnifique sur la cordillère des Andes. Un personnel très sympathique!

Temperature in rooms unbearable. Windows are exposed to direct sun and are not isolated. Rooms were not clean when checking in. Toiletries insufficient, had to ask the staff for everything. Pool towels are nasty!.

Beautiful property, amazing views and big spacious garden area with pool and waterfall. The service is excellent, the food options are great from poolside, breakfast buffet, and restaurants. I really was impressed by the bakery that turns amazing patisserie on a daily basis (in house). The rooms are spacious and well appointed. I really enjoyed my visit.

very well maintained property and excellent service from on site staff. Only issue was we had connected with the hotel a number of times prior to our stay about linking our 2 reservations, as they were made at different times, so that we did need to change rooms, and our requests to be at the highest floor possible and away from the elevators - none of this was followed when our room was assigned. Others in our group who booked after us, with no specific requests were given higher floored rooms away from elevator - same room type, we were initially assigned a room on the 2nd floor right across the elevators. Once we spoke to Christina at reception, she confirmed the messages were there, and did end up moving us up to the 6th fl, a few doors away from elevators. Once that was address to a degree, it was a wonderful stay.

The Mandarin Oriental advertises (and prices) itself as a top luxury hotel. Essentially a remodeled Hyatt Hotel, the rooms were nice but nothing special to justify the high costs. The staff was top notch; however, the onsite food was mediocre. We ate at both restaurants and the pool area, and the food just wasn't good. Small sizes and high prices were included. Much better to walk (10 minutes) to the Parque Arauco and eat at one their dining establishments. If you're looking for a truly 5-star hotel, this is not the place for you. We did arrive in the morning but couldn't access our room until 3:30 PM.

Great location with lots of walkable restaurant options. Pool is nice facility to have in the very hot summer. Rooms are spacious with nice bathroom. Air conditioning was NOT working well, which made sleeping miserable. I asked the staff to address several times to no relief. They also need more front desk staff working at peak hours as lines can build up.

O hotel é ótimo! Ao lado do Shopping Arauco, com opções de compras e alimentação. Todos os funcionários foram atenciosos e o quarto é grande, bem arrumado e confortável. Café da manhã super variado, com tudo fresco e reposto a todo momento.
