Our beautifully light and airy villa is fantastic for large families or those travelling with friends, as it sleeps a maximum of 10 adults and a baby in a cot. The fabulous heated (no extra charge for this) saltwater pool is gentler on your skin and hair, warmed to a min 28 degrees for dipping comfort. Air conditioning units are in every bedroom. For those planning to have a “workation” there is a desk and comfy leather office chair which can be placed in any room to suit your needs. Just request this at the time of booking.

There is high speed fibre WIFI for those that need to work and stay connected and a pool table located on the terrace, perfect for keeping everyone amused. The accommodation is approx 2500sq. ft and has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area that has multiple sliding doors that open out onto the large south/west facing sunny terrace and heated pool. The contemporary feel is generated by the leather sofas in the sitting room with 42" plasma TV and the superb kitchen with integrated appliances. There are 5 large bedrooms (twin beds in each room), each bedroom has modern luxurious en-suite facilities so that everyone has privacy. There is full UK TV, all sport and world channels via our internet streaming box. Due to the elevated location it is a short downhill walk to the seafront and black sand beach and a slightly longer energetic walk on the way back!
Booking my villa gives access to a local Concierge company who can arrange paid services such as the delivery of shopping, transport from the airport, boat charter, trips etc before you travel.
PLEASE NOTE - I do not accept bookings from groups of under 30's of the same age.

Amazing villa

A fantastic holiday was had by us all in this beautiful villa! It was so spacious, perfect for our family of three couples, two babies and a 5 year old. Great outside area on three levels with large pool and stunning sea and sunset views! We didn’t want to come home and wouldn’t hesitate at booking this lovely villa again. Thank you

I really can’t fault this Villa. It has everything you need and more.There is plenty of room both inside and out. Views are lovely, the area is really safe and near to all amenities.Sunbeds are comfy, pool table is a bonus -The TV package kept the kids happy during some very unseasonal weather and the heated pool was a nice touch. It’s within walking distance to several bars restaurants and supermarkets.A car is really not necessary.It’s clean , the communication with the owner is fantastic.I’ve stayed in many Villas across Europe over the years and this is genuinely as good as it gets.It is truly exceptional value for money.I would highly recommend - The whole experience from booking-landing and accessing the property was seamless and simple.Thanks for a lovely week.

Great villa in Playa la Arena

I would highly recommend this villa! We spent a week here with friends (party of 9) and we had a great time. The villa was perfect - it was well equipped, very clean, spacious and quiet. It was a short walk to the bars, restaurants, shops and beach. Our host, Madeleine, was brilliant - the check in was easy and we were given very clear instructions how to get to the villa and how to access the key. Madeleine gave us recommendations of great places to eat and drink and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank you for a great holiday!

Stunning spacious villa

This is the most beautiful villa we have ever stayed in. We would say it is even better than the photos. It is extremely spacious, beautifully decorated, wonderful pool, outside area hidden from view, beautifully landscaped. The house has all the amenities you could ever wish for. The host was great answering all questions and as helpful as she could possibly be. Great recommendations for restaurants. We were all extremely happy and the villa exceeded our expectations. All in all a stunning villa.

Brilliant villa and great communication from Madeline

This is a luxurious villa and very well equipped. We liked the fact that the cupboards weren't empty when we arrived so it wasn't a case of buying absolutely everything from the local supermarket (which is very good by the way). Nice warm pool, pool table and good wifi. Town is a short walk down a steepish hill. Area is very hilly - we were cycling and it was tough! Weather was lovely and warm in late November and early morning swim in the sea was very pleasant. Chalet sleeps 10 and all the rooms are nice. Beds comfortable and AC works well. Would unreservedly recommend for winter sun break. Thanks Madeline!

Excellent Villla

4 couples and our son spent 5 nights in a beautiful villa ..Sparkling clean, comfortable, and really spacious and cozy. Place is a gem with all amenities you can think off . Even surrounding by other villas the area is very quiet . Decent size pool with at least 7 maybe more sunbeds (just did not count) and billiard table for folks who like to play pool. All bedrooms (air conditioned) are large with wardrobes and 4 have private showers and bathrooms. Villa also has large living area with 2 big sofas but we spent all evenings outside аt the big table (no mosquitoes). Madeleine is exceptional host responded timely to all our messages and questions. Provided a lot of info regarding surrounding area (restaurants, tours etc). We have researched this area for our vacation very thoroughly аnd carefully and the price was the best considering all accommodations the villa has. I highly recommend Madeleine's Villa .

Perfect!

Madeleine was very easily reachable and provided detailed and precise information before the trip. The villa is very well located, in a silent area, while a 2' drive from a supermarket and a short drive to main activities. The villa is very well equipped and though we spent most of her time outside, it was really appreciable to have a bathroom for each bedroom. It was clean when we arrived and a lady came to take care of the swimming pool in the week as announced by Madeleine. We were 5 adults and 4 kids aged 7 to 12, we all had a fantastic stay and havd enough space for each and everyone. The terrace, the pool, the sunbeds, everything was so great. I can only recommend it and if I plan holidays back in tenerife in future I will go to Madeleine's place!!

Fabulous!

I would wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Madeleine’s villa! The standout for me was how well appointed the villa is, it really felt like a home from home. The kitchen cupboards are full of more intensils and ingredients than you can imagine, which made it so much easier on the couple of nights we wanted to eat in with the family. The villa itself is modern, spacious and clean. We loved the massive downstairs bedrooms. All with en suites and air con which worked well. Location wise you are within a short (but steep!) walk up from the beach area. The terrace is the perfect spot to see the sunset and the stars. Madeleine is a great host and super helpful with local recommendations. All in all a great trip - we were 5 adults, 2 kids and a baby. The space was perfect for us. 10/10

Wonderful Villa

The 8 of us ranging from 18-80 had an amazing holiday here. The villa is perfect. The beds are comfy. It is well equipped. For some reason it says in the list of facilities that there is a hot tub. There isn’t and you don’t really need one. The pool is temperature controlled and is lovely for swimming and lounging. My children enjoyed learning how to play pool too. We did not regret our decision to go here. We hired a car and dropped the grand parents off in the town so they could wander the short sea front and grab a coffee. We went shopping then picked them up an hour later. There is a supermarket up the hill which was a 25 minutes walk - quite steep- but there is a useful wheeled shopping trolley that you can use to transport your shopping back down the hill. They really have thought of everything. Thank you.

Lovely week with extended family with an incredible villa with a warm pool.

We really enjoyed our week in this Villa. It's a lovely spot, far enough up the hill from the beach to be peaceful, but also only a quick stroll down to the shops/bars and beachfront. The villa itself is a gem, really well specced out and a very pleasant place to stay. Highlights are the heated pool (our kids, 6 and 3, were in it for hours every day), the bedrooms with aircon, and the generally spacious layout. No negatives to mention, we'd definitely use it again.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en profitant bien des belles infrastructures mises à disposition. Deux points devraient être améliorés: le wifi est beaucoup trop faible et la pression de l’eau est trop faible pour que tout le monde puisse se doucher en même temps, ce qui oblige à planifier les douches en rentrant de la plage.

First Time in Tenerife and this property made it memorable!

From day 1, Madeleine has been an excellent host, providing all information about the villa (stunning!) and surrounding places to eat, drink, be merry! We were 6 couples whilst the villa accommodates 10 (2 rooms downstairs are the "master bedrooms" with ensuite, and 3 upstairs all with ensuite). Plenty of space when you need a break from one another! :-). The outdoor patio and the pool are just perfect - the pool is not too deep so great to float and relax (but if you want to do laps there is a sport centre within 2 minutes walk... or access to the sea in Playa de la Arena). Some would say the walk up from the main strip is "steep", honestly any able person can manage. We thought of renting a car but at the end it was so easy to book a taxi via app (TaxiClick) - quick and reliable and good price too. the main supermarket - Mercadona - is 10 minutes walk uphill, has anything you can think of, the fishmonger early in the morning is the best! We cooked and ate at home most of the times and, to be honest, the kitchen is equipped with anything you need for a Michelin-rated type of dinner! Also, almost a tradition, as everyone before us has left something behind (all sorts of ingredients and quite a few bottles of any kind ... help yourself but leave some behind for the next - good karma!). if you feel a bit "adventurous', strongly recommended is a 2.5 km walk north, along the seawall, all the way to Acantilados de Los Gigantes where you can swim in natural pools and plenty of nice restaurants to watch the sunset from. I can go on and on - I'd rather not 1) because I would spoil the surprise and 2) because we are already planning a repeat at the villa (and we know it will be snatched in no time!). Thank you Madeleine for all your help, prompt response and overall kindness, and for sharing your beautiful home with us! we shall be back for sure!

A very spacious and airy villa, tastefully decorated with all amenities

For a group of 8 friends the villa is perfect, we all had our own rooms with en suite. Spacious communal areas and well equipped. Great size pool with plenty of room for sun beds. The outside store has the washing machine and extra fridge for drinks. One of group uses a walking aid and found everywhere accessible. Local taxi firm were very good and reasonable to use especially when you have been to the supermarket.

Perfect Villa

The Villa was so much better than the pictures portray, extremely spacious and very clean, a total wow factor as you walk through the door. Communication with the owner was also excellent and very helpful in looking for additional activities. Amazing Villa

Madeleine's villa is well worth staying at! We are just back from an amazing stay and cannot speaking more highly about the villa (which has been recently upgraded) or from Madeleine herself. Facilities in the villa are superb (beds comfortable, ac a relief and TV excellent). Playa La Arena beach is excellent and the small strip in front has all the restaurants and shops you need for a great family holiday. The beach is a 10 min walk (max) down from the villa but the walk is steep coming back so be warned!! Thanks Madeleine (and Sharon) for all your help and advice. Will definitely be back !!
