This 3-story property is comprised of 8 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, 1 half bath, a private terrace, two half balconies, two living rooms, a bar area, a fully equipped kitchen and two dining areas. We invite you to come experience a little piece of heaven on the shores of Lake Atitlan! Brand NEW home. The space Casa de Piedra offers modern, comfortable living with breathtaking views of Lake Atitlan. Two balconies and a terrace make for the perfect place to sit back and relax while your eyes set their gaze on one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. There are four bedrooms located on the ground level of Casa de Piedra. The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, tv, two nightstands, a built in closet and a full bath. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, two nightstands, tv, an arched two-panel window overlooking Lake Atitlan and a full bath. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed, two nightstands, a two door armoire with a bottom sliding drawer, tv and an arched two-panel window with lakeview. The fourth bedroom has one queen-sized bed, one nightstand and a two door armoire with a bottom sliding drawer and a tv. The kitchen is bright and airy, and comes fully-equipped with granite top counters, a chest freezer, water dispenser, a spacious island and vaulted ceilings. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and comfortably sits sixteen guests. The main terrace is also located on the ground level and is encased by a bright green fence that makes a beautiful contrast with the deep blue waters of Lake Atitlan. The second story of Casa de Piedra also has four bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, tv, a tween bed, two nightstands and a full bath. The sixth bedroom has a queen-sized bed, two nightstands, a two door armoire with a bottom sliding drawer, tv, and two arched windows with lakeview. The seventh bedroom has a queen-sized bed, two nightstands and a two-door armoire with a bottom sliding drawer, tv and window with a view. The eight bedroom has a queen bed, a tween bed, tv and a closet.
