It's the best position on the beach - gorgeous views, steps to the sand, yet private and comfortable. Our family of five had plenty of room with 2 bathrooms and the layout provides for maximum privacy. Air conditioning was welcome in the unusually hot June weather. There is a supermarket a five min drive away, small markets even closer. We ate breakfast and lunch on the patio watching the beach fill in and the boats anchor offshore. At night we were spoiled for choice within walking distance for dinner and drinks in Cala D'Or. Very highly recommended - Book it if it's open - you won't regret it! (A few tips: watch where you park on the street and avoid the spots where the pigeons roost. The location is fantastic as you can go swim in the sea and go back to the terrasse and enjoy the view and the sun. The apartment is fully equipped with all that you would need for a good stay. You don't even have to bring beach towels. The place was very clean and tidy. The pool area is nice and quiet and was never overcrowded during our stay. The property is in a superb location for access to the beach with views across bay with a lovely terrace to eat on while enjoying the view. The property itself was clean, spacious and located in a nice gated community. It was a little rough round the edges in places, sofa seen better days, flooring in kitchen a little tired and showers seen better days but it was great for what it is. However a quick phone call resolved this. Might be handy just to let people know ahead of time. We have two small babies and asked Barbara to extend the timings on the aircon so they could nap in a cooler environment. This was done as soon as we asked. The house was super clean and comfy beds.
