Nestled in the picturesque coastal area of Cala d'Or, this house provides an idyllic retreat for up to 8 people. With its private garden and pool, it's the perfect spot for a relaxing holiday by the Mediterranean Sea.  
The house's exteriors are a haven of peace and privacy. You can enjoy a refreshing swim in the 7x4 meter pool, surrounded by a beautifully manicured lawn. The porch is perfect for al fresco dining. A built-in barbecue allows you to host enjoyable culinary evenings, while the sun loungers are ideal for soaking up the sun or enjoying a good book by the pool. For some entertainment, there's a pool table and ping-pong table for exciting moments with your loved ones. The property is fenced, and there are nearby neighbours.  
  
Inside, the cosy two-story house offers all the comforts for a pleasant stay. The living room features a charming fireplace, a Smart TV, and satellite channels, perfect for relaxing evenings. The separate dining room is ideal for enjoying meals with family or friends. The kitchen, fully equipped with an induction hob, offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The property boasts 4 bedrooms, all with air conditioning. On the ground floor, there's a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and two bedrooms with two single beds each. Another bathroom with a shower completes this floor. The upper floor is accessed by external stairs, where you'll find another bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. If you're coming with a baby, we can provide you with a crib and a high chair. The house also has a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.  
  
Cala d'Or, on the east coast of Mallorca, offers a complete holiday experience. The stunning Cala Petita is perfect for sunbathing and swimming in crystal clear waters. The charming marina is home to elegant yachts and offers a wide variety of restaurants and bars with sea views. Explore the pedestrian centre with its shops, boutiques, and cafés. Nearby coves, such as Cala Mondragó and Cala Llonga, are ideal for hiking and snorkeling. Don't miss a visit to Santueri Castle for panoramic views or a boat trip along the coast to discover its natural wonders.
