Apartment located in front of the sea. It has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room. You can enjoy long evenings and quiet meals in their fully equipped terraces. The house has heating and air conditioning. The complex has a swimming pool on the rocks of seawater and freshwater another. It is located 1km from the center of Cala Egos, where you can find supermarket, pharmacy, shopping center and a quiet little beach.

Private appartment within a resort

Nice appartment for 2 couples with childrens. Good deal between private appartment, kitchen, a terrasse with amazing view on sea! And located within a ressort with pools, bars, restaurants and several activities. All accessible. Strongly recommend for family or friends who wants hotel services and private appartment. Car required to move and visit Majorque.

Appartement spacieux avec vue splendide !

Superbes vacances dans cet appartement avec une vue splendide. Le logement grand et est très fonctionnel, et nous avons pu profiter des piscines de l’hôtel, des deux grandes terrasses. Lieu très calme. Possibilité de garer une voiture juste à côté. Commerces, restaurants et plages accessibles facilement à pieds. A refaire!

Interessantes Konzept: Ferienwohnung ist in einem normalen Hotelkomplex, aber privat vermietet, dh. es gibt Rezeption, Pools und ein (zu buchbares) Restaurant, aber man ist unabhängig und kann selbst Kochen.

A perfect location, I could sit in the rocking chair on the veranda for hours and admire the view, amazing!!The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the wooden bed in the main room was a little squeaky but nothing that would spoil the trip. We love Cala D'Or and Cala Egos and had a great trip this time around.

The apartment was as described, the views are so amazing. We loved watching the boats sail by.All rooms were very comfortable and the air con was brilliant. Check in was so easy, we arrived late in the evening and the keys were at reception for us.We upgraded to all inclusive at the hotel and the food was delicious.We used the facilities at the hotel and my 2 sons loved all the activities provided by the hotel.We had lots of communication with the host and she came to visit us in the week. We had an amazing weeks stay in this apartment, the best pert was the view of the sea and watching all the boats go by. The apartment was lovely too, very clean and had everything we needed for the weeks stay. The host was really quick to respond also which was great. Both of the pools in the complex are right beside the apartment and we spent our days by the adults only pool which was really relaxing. We went to the restaurant in the hotel for breakfast each morning and updated to all inclusive for a few of the days which was really well priced. The pictures of this place don’t do it justice, the view of the seas is truly amazing! Would highly recommend and thank you to Catalina! We will be back next year!

Excellent location

This property had fabulous views from both terrace and was centrally located. The property itself is quite dated although it was generally comfortable and clean. There was plenty of hot water and showers were good. We could have done with more cutlery and the dishwasher did not fully open as the door got in the way so difficult to stack the bottom shelf. The host was responsive and the loungers on the terrace were appreciated. It would be good if the bathrooms and the towels were updated but the spectacular views made up for any niggles we had.

Wohnung mit Top Aussicht

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt richtig genossen. Die Aussicht ist nicht zu überbieten ob auf der Terrasse, im Wohnzimmer oder in den Schlafzimmern (ebenfalls das Meeresrauschen nicht zu vergessen). Pools stehen zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer der Wohnung ist sehr angenehm. Schlüsselübergabe hat bestens geklappt. Besten Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

We have had a wonderful week here. The apartment was clean and felt homely. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay and we enjoyed many meals sat outside watching the boats sail by. Loved this, don't want to make it sound too good as we will come back and don't want it to be booked up. The view is amazing, a warm breeze was welcoming. Lots of space. Close to restaurants, we did all inc one lunchtime, as you can use the hotel, we didn't like that too much. We were able to get a shower room on the last day. The 3rd bedroom doesn't have air con, our only bit of feedback would be to install that. There are beach towels provided, don't bring your own. WiFi is strong, lots of kitchen equipment. The position is brilliant.

Old and neglected

The apartment is very worn and smells old. Everything in the apartment is old. The stove is very old, and when it is turned on, there is a strong smell of gas in the apartment. The beds creak loudly because they are so old. The WiFi does not work. We contacted the landlord about this (the daughter came, she seems to handle the correspondence if you don't speak Spanish), as it was a significant problem for us that we couldn't access the internet at all. She simply replied that it was her personal WiFi being used, and that it was old. She did nothing about it. We, therefore, had to speak with the hotel staff and got the hotel's WiFi code, which we could use by the hotel pool, but not in the apartment. We also couldn't make calls from the apartment, which the daughter was well aware of, so if you needed to make a call, you had to go to the pool. Had we known in advance that the apartment was old and worn, smelled bad and of gas, and that there was no WiFi or the ability to make calls from the apartment, we would not have rented it. The view outside the apartment over the sea is beautiful, but it is little consolation when nothing inside the apartment is good.
