Il est entouré d'un terrain de cinq hectares parsemé d'agrumes et de fleurs très chargés. Une immense piscine à débordement de 25 mètres de long est située au milieu des orangers et des oliviers sur une terrasse naturelle offrant des vues spectaculaires sur le volcan et sur tout le littoral jusqu'à Catane, Giardini Naxos et Taormina. La villa est divisée en trois unités indépendantes, avec terrasse privée. Le choix de diviser une si grande propriété en quelques unités a été fait par les propriétaires, qui l'ont construite dès les fondations, pour en préserver l'exclusivité mais à un coût plus accessible. GLICINE comprend trois chambres doubles, deux salles de bains avec douche et un grand séjour avec cuisine entièrement équipée, table en bois extensible, canapé-lit double de qualité et grandes baies vitrées coulissantes donnant accès à une terrasse privative avec balcon aménagé avec parasol, mobilier de jardin et barbecue. Ce logement peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 adultes et un bébé. Le tarif de location varie en fonction du nombre de personnes ; il convient donc également aux familles de 4 personnes ou moins. GLICINE est équipé de climatiseurs chaud/froid, TV LCD, four, réfrigérateur, fer et planche à repasser, sèche-cheveux, lave-linge, cuisine entièrement équipée, wi-fi gratuit. Les intérieurs sont choisis avec soin, utilisant des matériaux naturels de haute qualité. ALENTOURS La Villa EtnAmare se trouve à seulement 500 mètres de Santa Venerina. Cette ville calme et paysagée de 8 000 habitants se consacre au tourisme gastronomique et offre un nombre impressionnant d'excellents cafés, restaurants et établissements vinicoles, dont beaucoup sont accessibles à pied. Deux supermarchés et quelques épiceries et boulangeries se trouvent à 5 minutes à pied, tandis que le centre commercial le plus proche, Conforama, ouvert même le dimanche, est à 10 minutes en voiture. Santa Venerina est une excellente base pour explorer l'est de la Sicile, grâce à sa position très stratégique à mi-chemin entre Catane et Taormina. La ville est à 5 minutes en voiture de l'autoroute A18 Catane-Messine d'où, en moyenne 20 minutes, vous pourrez rejoindre les points forts de la Sicile orientale, tels que Taormina, les gorges de l'Alcantara, Catane, Acicastello, Acireale, l'Etna et Giardini. Naxos. Les plages les plus proches se trouvent à 10 minutes en voiture. La villa constitue également un excellent point de départ pour explorer l'Etna et ses environs. Rifugio Sapienza, le principal domaine skiable, où vous pourrez prendre le téléphérique de l'Etna jusqu'à l'Etna, se trouve à 10 km de la villa. Le soleil de Sicile détient le record d'Europe et entretient un climat doux tout au long de l'année. Le printemps est la période idéale pour profiter de la culture et de la nature que cette île a à offrir. Cela vaut la peine de faire un voyage rien que pour vivre les processions de Pâques, réunissant folklore et tradition d’une manière incroyablement mystique. L'intérieur est spectaculaire, avec les pentes des montagnes aux couleurs éclatantes, tandis que sur la côte, les premiers baigneurs commencent à se rendre sur les plages. En automne, en octobre et à la mi-novembre, l'eau de mer est encore réchauffée par le soleil d'été, et la température diurne atteint encore 30°C pendant les heures les plus chaudes. Des fêtes dédiées aux produits locaux comme le vin, les champignons et les friandises sont organisées dans de nombreuses villes sur les pentes de l'Etna. Nos appartements sont adaptés pour l'hiver, Noël et le Nouvel An. It was a lovely relaxed week. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The ground are immaculate and beautiful. The pool was amazing and exactly what we needed for the warm weather. The views are fantastic. The air conditioning worked well (units in each bedroom and the kitchen/living room). The trattoria next door was very handy and the owners there were very welcoming (and the food was amazing!) The apartment was ideally located for us to explore Taormina, local towns and Etna. You do need a car though as the village is relatively remote. Nadia and Fabio were extremely helpful and responsive. We would highly recommend this apartment. ##### Pippa V. Unsere (Glicine) war sehr geräumig, neuwertig eingerichtet und wirklich picobello sauber. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist gigantisch und bei klarem Wetter sieht man bis ans italienische Festland. Auf der Rückseite kann man den Ätna beobachten. Nadia und Fabio, die Vermieter, haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, wenn man Fragen zu Ausflügen in die Umgebung hat. Der Pool ist sehr schön angelegt und ziemlich groß (25 Meter lang!). Santa Venerina ist ein guter Standort für die Erkundung der Ostküste - Restaurants, Supermarkt etc. sind zu Fuß zu erreichen - trotzdem wohnt man absolut ruhig. ##### Carsten S. Our apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed to make our two week stay comfortable. We had views of the sea from one side of our terrace and Mount Etna on the other. The pool area and surrounding grounds are fabulous, we spent many hours just relaxing on a sun lounger. The whole family (Nadia, Dario, Fabio & Angelo) are very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. There is an excellent restaurant, Le 5 Botti, literally at the end of the drive that we visited five times during our stay and plenty of shops in Santa Venerina for everything needed for a self-catering stay. I would recommend a stay at Villa Entamare without reservation. ##### Tracy P. Die Lage ist wirklich grandios. Der Pool verspricht viel Freude für die Kleinen und Entspannung für die Großen. Man ist weitestgehend unter sich. Ein Mietwagen ist ratsam, da fußläufig nicht wirklich viel erreichbar ist. Einen Lebensmittelladen und ein paar Restaurants findet man aber auch in der direkten Umgebung. Einzig der fehlende Geschirrspüler trübt die Urlaubsstimmung ein wenig. ##### Susanne B. Great for a relaxing get away from it all holiday. Nice local Restaurant next door to the property. Hosts very friendly and welcoming. Dario was great showing us around, explaining where to shop and visit. The location places you on the doorstep of everything the Mt. Etna region has to offer. There is much adventure to be found, but you will be tempted to while away the days in this quiet, tranquil place -- where even the cats are friendly! Great place to stay. ##### Daniel H. Views of both Etna and the Sea are next to none. But above everything else is the hospitality of Nadia, Dario and Fabio. Always there if you needed and guiding you about the area and facilities. My 4 yr old son broke his collar bone whilst running down on the slopes of the adjacent restaurant. We dont speak a word in italian and would have been so lost without Dario by our side. He took charge, drove us to the hospital and stayed put for a good five hours, doing all the communication with doctors and radiologists until all was sorted. Dario was an angel that day. Séjour de 5 nuits en avril 2017 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Anna Marie M. 6 mars 2017 #### Beautiful place and friendly hosts My family (4 adults) has stayed in ”Glicine” apartment for one week in February. We had a very warm welcome by Dario, Fabio and Nadia who speek english very well. The first thing we noticed when entering the apartment was the freshly picked oranges on a plate on the table from their own orange plantation. Very tasteful. From the balcony there is fantastic sea views, and at the other side of the house we had a fine view to Etna covered by snow –amazing. The pool is large and clean and while swimming you can enjoy the sight of Etna – that’s great. Everything in the apartment was clean and the kitchen is well equipped. There is a big area around the house with a plantation of orange and lemon trees where you are allowed to pick the fruits. The location of the house is really good whether you are interested in nature or culture. Taormina ,Siracusa (ancient ruins, old houses), Etna - I will recommend to go all the way to the top with funicular and tracked vehicle even if it is vey expensive (about 70 euros). About 200 meters from the house there is a brilliant restaurant: “Le cinque botti”. Good food, not expensive and an excellent service. You must visit this place. We are thankful to Fabio, Darioand Nadia but also her farther who gave us some of his own grapefruits. The hosts are friendly and helpful but also discreet. A very recommendable holiday apartment !!
