The charming villa is on two independent levels, characterized by local furnishings and a design studied in every detail. It is located a few meters from the beach of Santa Reparata, outdoor jacuzzi, large garden on various levels, 2 private parking spaces inside, outdoor shower, electric gate, 2 covered outdoor verandas, 4 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, 2 equipped kitchens, 2 living rooms, large windows with adjustable doors. On the first floor of the villa, through a large French window, you enter a spacious and comfortable covered veranda, fully equipped, ideal for relaxing after a refreshing bath in the jacuzzi admiring the breathtaking view offered by the incomparable beauty of the crystal clear sea of Santa Reparata. It is composed of a large and bright living room with dining area and 50 inch flat screen TV, open plan kitchen with every detail and utensil, induction fires, dishwasher, oven, two-door fridge, coffee machine, 2 bedrooms of which a double and a bedroom with bunk beds, 2 bathrooms with shower. An original game of arches characterizes the design of the living area, while the rooms have a more linear architecture and the Sardinian decor encloses this frame. The bedrooms have been created by local artisans. The light colors predominate in all the rooms, enhancing the brightness, the furnishings follow a sober, minimalist and functional style, but at the same time cared for and attentive to detail, while the choice of fine local materials for the finishes adds a touch of class and refinement to the whole. The ground floor is accessed by a large sliding door, large open plan living room with fitted kitchen and dining area, 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 bedrooms, one double and one bedroom with bunk beds. Lawn on various levels, light points that frame the perimeter of the villa, external spiral shower with exposed stones, on the back of the villa there is a second covered outdoor veranda, with a large fixed table (10 seats) in marble covered with piastelle (travertine), raised jacuzzi immersed in the green so as to make the contact with nature even more relaxing and regenerating. Im Ort ist nicht viel geboten, allerdings ein sehr schöner Strand ca 500 m vom Haus entfernt. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig Die Obere Wohnung ist sehr hell, die untere ist relativ feucht. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet mit einem riesigen Kühlschrank. Die Bäder sind klein aber in Oz. Mit den beiden Terrassen findet sich immer ein windgeschützter Platz zum Aufenthalt im Freien. Abbimo soggiornato per una settimana in questa villa molto bella che vanta una posizione sulla baia e dei tramonti mozzafiato. Ambienti spaziosi e curati sia all’interno che all’esterno. I titolari sono stati ospitali e disponibili. Appena arrivati, dopo un viaggio piuttosto lungo, ci hanno fatto trovare un cesto enorme con ogni tipo di frutta fresca (queste attenzioni fanno la differenza). La zona è spettacolare, fuori dal trambusto ma vicinissima a tutte le attrazioni e spiagge più belle.
