APOLO 1 -Two modern style houses with shared pool ideal for groups of families or friends: Two independent houses with an outdoor area and a swimming pool with spectacular views of the mountains and the sea. Ideal for groups of families or friends.Apolo are two independent houses but they share an outdoor area, entrance from the street, although each one has a separate main entrance. The pool is located on the ground floor and is unique to both houses. It is an ideal house for families or friends who want to spend a wonderful holiday together but independently. Each house has 3 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed and 2 with 2 single beds and 3 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and two with a shower. Open kitchen with induction. Washing machine.This wonderful house also has 2 parking spaces inside the establishment. From the dining room you have access to a balcony where you can enjoy wonderful views of the sea and the mountains that surround the urbanization. In the pool area, which is shared by both houses, you can enjoy a break as it has hammocks.Both houses have air conditioning and heat pump, as well as free Wi-Fi.The environment where this accommodation is located is a quiet urbanization but at the same time it is very close to shops and a large supermarket. One day a week you will also find a street market. Each damaged towel will be charged € 5 / small and € 10 / large. CONDITIONS FOR LONG STAY: For stays of more than 3 weeks check prices (special offers). Please note that we charge the expenses to part (water, electricity, gas ...). Each month we will provide you with the invoices of the consumptions and you will have to pay it.
