Beds were firm but comfy. Tiled floors and in suite washer dryer. Wifi is not great, lots of dropouts in service. Great views of the Arsenal volcano and lake. Restaurants are a short drive away, definitely need a car to stay. Lots of cookware and dishes, could use some basic oil and spices, only salt and pepper provided. Loved the 3 small pools and lounge chairs, steep walk up and down to them though. Easy self check in, easy to contact the property manager with any questions. Very quiet location, quite windy all the time but thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! ##### Keith S. It was well located and was perfect for seeing stuff on the west side of Lake Arenal. However the air conditioning and WIFI did not work. We reached out to the host and the property office via email and no one responded. Not having WiFi made it very difficult to make plans and figure out where things were. The condo is absolutely stunning and has amazing views of Lake Arenal. If you are looking for privacy this is a perfect place to get away from it all.
