Yachtmaster - Ocean View Rooftop Deck - Pool

We welcome you to Yachtmaster in Santa Rosa Beach, a large three-story home made for groups who want room to spread out and plenty of places to come together. Spend the day at the beach, which is approximately 1,344 feet away, then come back for a swim in the pool or a relaxed evening on the rooftop deck.

The rooftop deck
The rooftop deck has lounge chairs, Adirondack seating, a pergola-covered bar counter with bar-height seating, and a wet bar with open shelving and counter space. It is a place to start the morning with coffee or end the day together after the beach.

Pool and backyard
The pool sits inside a white privacy fence with a tanning ledge for in-water lounging, a tiled waterfall feature, Adirondack chairs, a paver patio, and a wide lawn.

Kitchen, dining and living
The kitchen has a large island with bar-height seating, a stainless steel range with a custom hood, a farmhouse sink, and plenty of counter and cabinet space for cooking for a crowd. A long wood dining table with chairs and a cushioned bench sits under a chandelier, and the living room has a large sectional, a wall-mounted TV, and a beamed ceiling. A second-floor den adds another sectional and TV for downtime, and the laundry room has a washer and dryer.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
Yachtmaster has eight bedrooms spread over three floors, with 19 beds in all: 6 king beds and 13 twin beds. One bedroom is a suite with its own bath, which has a double vanity, a freestanding soaking tub, and a large walk-in shower. The home has eight full bathrooms and two half bathrooms.

Closest airports: Destin FL (VPS) 39 miles, Panama City FL (ECP) 29 miles, Pensacola FL (PNS) 77 miles.

Note: Check in time is 4:00 PM CST. Check out time is 10:00 AM CST. Our staff needs time to properly clean, sanitize, inspect and maintain the property. We are unable to offer early check ins, late check outs, early parking or luggage drop offs.

Note: Guests are not permitted to have anything shipped or mailed (through a carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex) to the property. Please be aware that the property does not have postal service and your packages will most likely be returned by the carrier.

Note: Guests are not permitted to have local deliveries (such as baby gear, beach chairs/gear, groceries, golf carts) made prior to their check-in time of 4:00 PM CST and are not permitted to have local pick-ups made after their check-out time of 10:00 AM CST.

Note: This property is available for vacation rental only. Parties are strictly prohibited.

Note: Age requirements. You must be at least 25 years old to reserve during Spring Break. Sorry, there are no exceptions.

Note: A security camera is mounted on the outside of the house and is aimed down the driveway. The pool/pool area is not within the camera’s field of vision.

Note: Sorry, no pets. No emotional support animals (ESA). No exceptions. Many of our Guests have pet allergies and rely on us to provide a pet free environment. Bringing a pet or an emotional support animal (ESA) is a violation of your booking agreement that will result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund. Service animals are accommodated.

Note: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, etc. A $500-1000 additional cleaning charge will be added to remove the smell of smoke from the house.
