2 designated parking spots (However, the golf cart does take up 1 spot. So it really only leaves one additional spot for a vehicle)

Being a guest in WaterColor community, you have access to the WaterColor Beach Club, Camp Watercolor, Frog Pond, Private Beach Access, Boat House, and Tennis Courts.
Please note that anyone 5+ years will be required to have a wristband to be able to get into any of the amenities. This condo is allowed up to 10 wristbands max.
