Enjoy a private balcony where you can eat breakfast each morning, TVs and DVD players throughout the home, and luxurious property amenities that include swimming pools, hot tubs, and a fitness center. This 23-acre, Gulf-front property is located on Scenic Highway 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, with grounds that include 650 feet of white sand shoreline, three pools, two hot tubs, grilling stations, seasonal gas firepits, a gym, a virtual golf facility, and a theater room. Go for a paddle in a kayak or canoe on the adjacent coastal dune lake, wander 100 yards north to Grayton Beach State Park, or ride your bike over to Gulf Place Town Center three miles west. You'll be less than two miles west of the charming community of Grayton Beach and four miles west of Seagrove Beach. THINGS TO KNOW Reservations between March and October include beach service. Free rentals of DVDs and free seasonal rentals of two bikes and a kayak (one hour). Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. The views of the Gulf and coastal dune lake from the large outdoor patio/deck were mesmerizing! Short walk to the wonderful beach access. Not very crowded at this beach. The location was great- not congested but a mile from restaurants and 3 miles from Publix. Loved having bikes, umbrella and chairs, and paddleboard included. The only negative, was that the kitchen was not fully equipped with things I needed, I.e. no 9x13 pan, no Pyrex baking dishes, etc. I imagine most people eat out, so not a problem for them, but we eat in a lot. My family enjoyed our stay at Sanctuary By The Sea with all the amenities. The kids were entertained by the pools, lakes and media room at the clubhouse.
