Each home features state-of-the-art amenities, breathtaking views, and a masterful design. These three-story vacation homes have everything you need for your next beach getaway, including two enormous resort-style pools with sunk-in bench seating, a spa tub\* at each property, and a swim-up cabana. Each home also features a game room, gourmet kitchen, media room, spectacular gulf views, and a rooftop deck! The first floor of both luxurious three-story homes features an entertainment area complete with a pool table and a wet bar seating up to five people. From the game room, guests can walk out onto the pool deck where there's plenty of seating, two alfresco dining tables each seating four, an outdoor kitchen, an elevated entertainment area, and a large private pool complete with a spill-over spa tub and a swim-up tiki bar. The backyard is the perfect place to entertain whether you're hosting an event or simply having a family barbecue. In addition, the first floor also features two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other a king. Both bedrooms feature flat-screen TVs and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. To get to the second floor in both homes, guests can either take the stairs or their own private in-home elevator up to the main living space. The second floor boasts spectacular gulf views, lake views, a gourmet kitchen, a formal dining area, and a spacious living room. In addition, the second floor also features two gigantic balconies, one of them with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. Between the gigantic kitchen featuring a massive texturized quartz island seating six, the two formal dining tables each seating eight, 30A Retreat is the perfect place to host a big family event since there's plenty of dining space. The dining area and kitchen also both overlook the pool and Gulf of Mexico and lead out to the balcony. Furthermore, both Dune it Up and The Enclave on 30A include open and airy living rooms that also boast gulf views. The living rooms even feature two sleeper sofas and also have balcony accesses. In addition to the kitchens, dining areas, and living rooms, each home also has two guest bedrooms on the second floor. The third bedroom features a king bed, twin/twin bunk beds, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom also features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have their own flatscreen TVs. The third floor in both homes hosts the remaining sleeping accommodations for guests in the media room, bunk nook, and four additional bedrooms. There are also two more balconies on the third floor. The media rooms have sleeper sofas and flatscreen TVs. Down the hall, the bunk nook accommodates four more guests in two sets of twin/twin bunk beds, each bed with its own flatscreen TV. The remaining four bedrooms all have king beds, flatscreen TVs, gulf views, and ensuite bathrooms. Two of the ensuite bathrooms even have stand-alone bathtubs in addition to walk-in showers! Great pools. Lots of king beds. Bathroom for each bedroom. We had a few problems with the elevator, a dishwasher, and a few toilets. Nothing we couldn’t work around. Management was good about getting someone out to fix issues. Suggestion: send the waivers for the bikes and the golf carts before people have left home. We are an annual traveling group that seeks sun & fun in January to make our Nebraska winters just a little shorter. With Covid, we decided to stay in the US this year. This property is especially nice as every bedroom had its own bathroom. That is hard to find. The kitchens were large for cooking and gathering for this large group.
