I especially liked having my own personal porch. Though I was usually up early, I would suggest having maintenance blow the grounds a little later in the morning. The Court was the perfect place for us! We loved all the amenities that were included. The staff was so nice and friendly. The location is awesome being a block away from the town square and the beach. The proximity to Black Bear Bread Co. was super handy, and everything fun to do is a short walk. We will definitely be back. The outside porch is great- like an outdoor living room. It is right in the middle of Seaside with a short walk to the beach where your chair & umbrella awaits- included in your stay. Reviewer Comments: I've visited Seaside before, but this was my first time staying overnight. I decided to stay for a few days before meeting my family in Destin for our annual summer beach trip. Suffice it to say that I had a great time. The Court was the perfect place to relax, unwind and venture out to explore the town. Everything is within easy walking distance. The room was beautifully appointed and clean, and Dan the concierge was always available to answer any questions I had. The bed was probably the most comfortable I've ever experienced in a hotel and the shower was amazing. I would highly recommend the Seaside Homeowner's Collection and The Court in particular to friends and family.
