A few things that we we not happy with included… The mattress, it was uncomfortable and should be replaced! I’ve slept on nicer sheets at much less quality properties/hotels! We actually ended out vacation a day early to avoid another back ache! The shower was not draining properly so we removed the catch at the drain and it was NASTY! Definitely needs to be replaced or cleaned on a regular basis! There were no maps or directions to the pool and the location of the pool is not obvious! This information should be provided! The only thing that made it a bad experience was Christian. The Friday before we left, he was not at the beach when we arrived and we waited for 45 minutes for him to return. Since he was not there to accomodate us by giving us our beach chairs and umbrella, we and others decided to get them ourselves. When he came back, 45 minutes later, he was very upset that we did his job for ourselves. He did not apologize, but gave us a lecture saying that was his job and there was NO WAY he would lose his job. Well, Christian, do YOUR job. The thing that made it a bad experience was that he did not apologize for being there but turned it around on us and made it seem like we were wrong for doing his job. There was no posted signs saying we couldn't take the chairs and umbrella. Christian was very disrespectful and threatening when he returned. The groups that got their items got the same lecture, too. We had a great week while Cole was there. He was very professional and courteous.
