The Space:
Beach Access: The Palms of Seagrove enjoys private beach access through a Boardwalk located on the South side of the building about 300 feet from the complex.
Pool Access: Just steps (about 75 feet) away from the pool deck!  The Pool is located on the Western side of the complex.

Enjoy a peaceful getaway at this beautifully renovated and meticulously maintained, open-concept 1 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo!  Located in sunny Seagrove Beach, just off of Highway 30A!

Take it Easy is equipped with a spacious Master Bedroom and two full bathrooms, this stunning condo has accommodations for up to 6 lucky guests! The bedroom sports a Board & Batten accent wall, King size bed and private en-suite with walk-in shower. It's complete with a wall-mounted flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure!

A custom set of a Twin-over-Twin, built-in bunk beds, and a second full bathroom is right down the hall. The fully-appointed kitchen will satisfy the pickiest of home-chef's, with newly installed cabinetry, Quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances!

The living room also has a Queen Pullout Sleeper Sofa for additional guests, and the sliding glass doors open up to the private balcony, the perfect place to enjoy a cup of morning coffee! Of course, no Living Room would be complete without the large wall-hung flat screen TV for evening entertainment.

The Palms at Seagrove offers guests their own PRIVATE beach access, as well as access to the community pool. This pinnacle of luxury & convenience is the perfect place to host your Florida vacation, geographically poised near all the acclaimed dining & entertainment that 30A has to offer! Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. The coastal villages of Seaside, Grayton, and WaterColor lie within a mile or two to the West, while Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and WaterSound lie a few miles East.
 
This home is on our Resort Linen and Terry Package with guaranteed fresh linen and terry placed every turn!

Age Requirement: Please note our age requirement policy for March/April: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

Two Night Reservations: Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the property.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Terrific apartment in a perfect location

The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything our family of 3 needed for a four-day stay. The location is perfect: walk out onto a beautiful beach, short walk to some shops and restaurants, short drive into town and grocery store.

The good and not so good

The condo was just as described online. The kitchen is well stocked and the master bedroom and bunk beds are comfortable. Close parking was easy to find. Communication with the property management was our only complaint. We received a text from property management around 345pm on the day of check-in. Check-in was at 4pm. Property management said the cleaning company was running about 30 mins behind and appreciated our understanding. Our GPS indicated we would not arrive until 430pm, which we relayed to the property management and asked if it would be okay to check-in at that time. We did not receive a reply. At 4pm we received a text stating Happy Check-In. We thought this meant we could now check-in. We arrived around 4:40pm to find the cleaning service still in the condo cleaning. We text the property management to ask when we would be able to get into the condo and we did not receive a response. Luckily we had family in another condo on the property whose condo was ready so we stayed in their condo for a little while. My husband finally walked over to our condo to see if the cleaning service was done. They were done and we still had not heard from the property management. The 2nd night we decided to use the pullout couch since you can’t see tv in the bunk beds. The pullout was broken. We reported but no one showed to fix. The night before checkout we received a text reminding us to checkout by 10am or be charged $200 yet we were delayed in checking in.

Great property

Everythjng was as the listing described. Clean, easy access to the beach. Loved the private beach area and location. I liked that the teenagers could bike to seaside but we were far enough away that it wasn’t as crowded.
