KITCHEN & DINING The modern kitchen offers an abundance of preparation space on the sleek granite countertops Sip drinks at the four-person island bar as dinner simmers on the six-burner gas range. When it’s time to eat, the dining table seats 10 to coastal meals. BED & BATH This home sleeps 10 guests between three bedrooms and a bunkroom. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed and a 32” TV. A twin-over-twin bunk bed in the large walk-in closet provides extra sleeping space. The en-suite bathroom features a double vanity and a tub/shower combination. The second and third bedroom each include a king bed, a 32” TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bunkroom is furnished with a queen-over-queen bunk bed with a twin trundle. A half bath creates additional convenience. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Screened porches on the front and the back of the home provide a shaded retreat from which to enjoy the Gulf breeze. The screened balcony showcases charming views of your quiet Dune Allen community. Upon returning from the beach, an outdoor shower is handy for rinsing off.
