"Sola 5," is a 2BR 1 1/2 BA town-home located along the beautiful Emerald Coast, in the heart of Seagrove Beach. You can enjoy secluded views of nature all while being a short walk to the beach! This cozy townhome is walking distance to many great restaurants, is a short drive to Seaside, and is conveniently located close to all of the best things 30A has to offer!

The townhome itself is located in Cassine Gardens, a charming townhome neighborhood nestled in scenic Seagrove Beach.

While staying at Sola 5, you can enjoy serene views from two balconies facing the front of the home, or the back where you will enjoy watching the birds in the trees over the nature trail. The back porch oasis is also a perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach. Whether you are inside hanging out with the family, or outside enjoying one of the townhomes outdoor spaces, you will be able to relax and unwind!

Upon entering the townhome you will notice the open floor plan and plenty of seating for everyone in your group. The first level offers a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, seating for 3 at the bar, seating for 4 at the kitchen table, a spacious living area with a large flat screen T.V., and a half bathroom. Off the family room, you will notice a large covered back deck area, with nothing behind you but views of the nature preserve! It is on this deck that you will find the townhomes laundry closet, and off the deck the home's private grill.

As you walk up the stairs to the second level, you will find two bedrooms. One with a king sized bed, and the other with one queen bed, and a set of twin over twin bunks. Both bedrooms offer their very own private balconies, to catch the sunset or the sunrise! There is a shared full bathroom in the hallway complete with large walk-in shower.

Whether you prefer hanging at the beach, one of the 2 community pools, the tennis courts, or just enjoy taking in the beautiful scenery along the neighborhoods nature trails, you are sure to be able to find something for everyone in your group to enjoy! Great stay

We loved staying at Sola 5 in Cassine Gardens located in Seagrove. We loved how we felt a little secluded with nature in our backyard. We loved the pools and being only a short walk to the beach. Everyone was kind in this area. We loved all the porches and how clean and nice our place was. We plan on coming back in the future!

Great Location!!

Condo was just right for our family & great location, short walk to the beach and pool was just around the corner! Check-in check-out was a breeze!! Plenty of bike rentals in the area which made getting to the shops at Seaside & Seagrove quicker compared to the traffic of driving! Old Florida Fish House was one of our favs for food & atmosphere!!

Comfortable, Quiet Stay on 30 A

We enjoyed this comfortable, quiet stay on 30A! The unit had everything we needed. The communication with management was excellent. It’s about a 5-7 minute walk to the beach. You are close to shops and restaurants . This townhouse is perfect for a small family/group. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Great Community

Unit was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. There are two community pools available and a nice pond with a water fountain that has picnic tables and a covered gazebo that has a roof to provide shade from the strong summer sun. Very happy to have stayed here. Liked the passcode entry lockset on front door, no need to have multiple keys for everyone, just put the code in your phone and you're good to go. Definitely a nice place.

Family Vacation

Nice property in a great location. Loved the porch and balconies and they gave us some extra space. The nature trail and pond were just outside and there was a basketball court at the end of the parking lot. Quiet and cozy!

Very clean and perfect

I picked Cassine Gardens because it has quick access to a less populated beach, but was so happy to find this unit had access to forested trails! It is always a quieter setting too. This unit was very clean and had everything we needed! The management company didn’t skimp on necessities either and we had plenty of towels, soaps, toilet paper and paper towels. My family was very happy we booked this unit and we’re very thankful.

Clean and Newly Updated

Very clean and newly updated property. Completely furnished kitchen gear. Also surprised by thoughtful details like USB chargers and extension cords in convenient spots (ie: extension cord available instead of pulling the bed away from the wall to plug in a charger). Easy walk to the beach. Several restaurants and shops within walking distance. Nature trail started just off the back deck. It was good for hiking and biking. Enjoyed it! Thank you.
