Three story Shenanigans boasts 6 bedrooms with a massive , so bring all of your family and friends! Take to the third floor for our knock-your-socks-off family game with a 6 player, virtual-reality Wii; full-sized air hockey; its very own mini-bar; big screen TV for family movie night or game day; and more interactive games for all ages than your family could possibly play in a lifetime.
Or take our two customized golf carts to the award-winning Blue Mountain Beach access that’s only a half mile from your front door. Using our golf carts will keep the salt and sand out of your pretty car. And yep, they’re free for Shenanigans’ guests.
After hitting the waves, cool off in the community pool that's only 50 steps from Shenanigans’ front door. Or, get your cardio on at our community gym, basketball and shuffleboard courts.
Ever wanted to try paddleboarding? Did you know that our beaches are home to rare Coastal Dune lakes that are found in only three places in the world? It’s true! (And two of these paddling paradises are less than a quarter mile on either side of Shenanigans.)
Sadly, very few area visitors ever experience the jaw-dropping serenity of paddling through the quiet waters of these natural wonders because they don’t have the means to enjoy them. But that’s no worry for Shenanigans’ guests. We’ve gotcha covered.
The 30A vibe is incredible and unlike anywhere else in the world! And Shenanigans is located smack dab in the middle of it. World-class dining, boutique shopping, the world’s most mind-blowingly gorgeous sugar sand beaches, eclectic artists, beach-chic eateries, wonderful concerts ... it’s all here.
What 30A doesn't have a lot of is parking, lol. But no worries. You can always find a parking sport for our golf carts down our 17 miles of biking and jogging path it a snap for Shenanigans’ guests to enjoy all that the area has to offer without any of the hassle.
With over 4000 square feet that has been thoughtfully designed for your every whim, finding your happy place in Shenanigans is easy-peasey. Get rowdy in 30A’s best game room; curl up with a quiet book in one of the en-suite master bedrooms; tune into the big game or new movie on our every-channel-that-exists cable package; draw a warm bubble bath in one of the three garden tubs; decompress to the sounds of the sea breeze flowing through our palm trees on any of our four balconies; or just let the kids entertain themselves far away in the third floor game room while the adults unwind with a bottle of Chardonnay in the travertine and granite first floor living area.

Parking: Shenanigans has parking for up to 6 mid size cars. However, if you need additional parking there is free, gated parking behind the three story condo building that you pass as you enter the subdivision. You will see a small sign that says "Overflow Parking". RVs, trailers, motorhomes, boats, commercial vehicles and motorcycles are prohibited. Street parking is prohibited.

Our staff needs time to properly clean, sanitize, inspect and maintain the property. Because the property is extremely heavily booked we are unable to offer early check ins, late check outs, early parking or luggage drop offs.
NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have anything shipped or mailed (through a carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex) to the property. Please be aware that the property does not have postal service and your packages will most likely be returned by the carrier.
NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have local deliveries (such as baby gear, beach chairs/gear, groceries, golf carts) made prior to their check-in time of 4:00 PM CST and are not permitted to have local pick-ups made after their check-out time of 10:00 AM CST.
NOTE: If you would like to reserve VRBO more than 11 months in advance, you must use the VRBO website, rather than the VRBO app. The VRBO app only shows the calendar for up to 11 months which means that it can only be used for reservations less than a year away. Thanks!
NOTE: This property is available for vacation rental only. Parties are strictly prohibited.
NOTE: AGE REQUIREMENTS. You must be at least 25 years old to reserve Bliss during Spring Break. Sorry, no exceptions.
NOTE: Sorry, no pets. No emotional support animals (ESA). No exceptions. Many of our Guests have pet allergies and rely on us to provide a pet free environment. Bringing a pet or an emotional support animal (ESA) is a violation of your booking agreement that will result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund.
NOTE: Commercial vehicles, motorcycles, RVs, motorhomes, and trailers are strictly prohibited in Shenanigan's gated community.
NOTE: The property has one security camera that faces the driveway. The camera is only capable of recording the exterior of the property (that is publicly visible anyway). There are no other cameras on the property
NOTE: The property has an exterior security camera(s) that face the driveway and/or entrance and smoke detectors throughout the property. Tampering with the exterior security camera(s) or smoke detector on the property is a violation of the booking agreement. Guests will be charged a $500 fine for tampering with the security camera(s) or smoke detector(s) and the reservation will be cancelled immediately without a refund.
NOTE: For the safety of our Guests, our golf cart has an Apple Airtag in order to facilitate our ability to assist in the event of an accident or mechanical failure. As a result, Apple Iphone users may occasionally receive Airtag notifications while operating the golf cart.
NOTE: In order for all community visitors to be able to enjoy the pool, HOA rules prohibit more than 10 people from a single property being in the pool simultaneously
NOTE: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, etc. A $500-1000 additional cleaning charge will be added to remove the smell of smoke from the house.

Beautiful Home and Beaches
The VRBO was perfect for 3 families to gather. We enjoyed the golf carts, the game room, the pool, and the stroll to the beach. The Santa Rosa area has many wonderful restaurants. This is a place that is worth every penny!

Perfect Family Vacation
It was big enough to fit our whole family 3 grandparents, 6 adults, and 9 grandchildren. The living room area and kitchen were spacious and never felt crowded at all. The beach was beautiful and easy to get to on the golf carts. The host was very detailed and we felt like we had all the information we needed. The host was excellent and quickly responded.

Great house for a large group
Overall the house was beautiful and in a great location. We loved the golf carts that were provided. The house was very well kept and clean. The only issue we had was having an adequate supply of hot water. There were several days that multiple people took cold showers due to not having enough hot water. Also, when we booked the house it states the house has an elevator but does not mention it’s only a service elevator. We have several family members that have knee and hip issues and having an elevator would have been great for them. In fact that was one of the main reason we booked.

Hits the marks
A holiday stay for family time was suited to this property. We had asked to check in a bit early, given it was Christmas and unlikely anyone would be checking out that day, but the management is quite rigid. That has some advantages in that they have a strong ticket system to respond to any issues during the stay, but tended to make the interactions a bit more cold. Still, fine location, spacious property, perhaps a bit over-priced for the quality of the property, and with good supporting structure should needs arise.

Big family vacation
We loved our time at Blue Mountain Beach. We had a few issues with the house. It needs some maintenance and upkeep. It’s a beautiful house but it won’t be long if things aren’t addressed. There’s some wood rot inside and out. Definitely needs paint touch up in some places. The rails on some of the staircases are loose. The pictures are probably from when they first listed it and not completely accurate. The game room on the third floor was amazing, when we were home, that’s where we were. I would suggest putting a shower in the third floor bathroom, the bathtub isn’t sufficient for most people. I felt the listing made it sound like a beautiful new home. It is beautiful for the most part but definitely not new. Loved having the golf carts!! I did reach out to the owner and he was very responsive and offered to have someone come address the issues but we knew that it wasn’t a quick fix and we didn’t want the house to be under construction while we were there. We will definitely be back to Blue Mountain Beach. We love it there but felt for the price we payed for this house, it should have been better!!

Fantastic location
The location exceeded our expectations! 30A is a quiet “highway” with a speed limit of 25 mph. Walkable with a trail along side it and easy access to the quiet and beautiful Blue Mountain beach and ample parking. Fun local shops and coffee all close by. Much quieter than other close beaches. The nice golf carts were a huge bonus for fun driving around and quick access to the beach. The gated community was lovely and the pool very nice. This house is so close to the pool- just the second house away. Great amenities and clean house, plenty of space for sleeping everyone (multiple couples and 10 kids ages 1-12). Both master bedrooms had closets large enough for a pack and play each. All the kitchen amenities needed. We had a few maintenance issues (ice maker in freezer and and AC issue on arrival) but both were a breeze to report with their system and taken care of promptly and to our satisfaction. Had a starter set of basic soaps, hair wash, dish soap, sponge, dish towels, etc. which was very helpful on arrival. Two living spaces gave room to spread out. Really only thing we didn’t love was the carpet (needs replaced and was a little smelly when humid when AC wasn’t working). Otherwise normal wear and tear of a rental. Extra bedding provided too for pull out beds. We didn’t use them but nice to know. Very helpful FAQ list on booking and floor plans to know how to plan sleeping arrangements. Thanks for a great stay!
