My favorite spot was the screened in front porch for coffee in the mornings. Having the pool with poolside half bath was great as well! Also this property is dog friendly!! Just a couple of suggestions to make the stay perfect. 1.) upstairs shower need some tender loving care to clean up some mold issues. 2.) Would recommend owners providing beach chairs as the beach is a bit of a walk from the house. We did rent beach chairs at the beach which was helpful! 3.) Wold recommend owners provide bikes as this would be helpful going to the beach! All in all this is a great property and I would highly recommend this house to anyone staying in Greyton Beach Fl. The beds were comfortable with quality sheets. The house even included a golf cart and bikes which makes this property a better option than others nearby. We were grateful that there were beach chairs and umbrellas available at the home since we flew to Florida and could not pack these items. There is plenty of seating inside and outside the home on the front porch and around the pool. The screened in porch was a perfect place to relax. We used the pool several times and went to the beach daily, which is right at the end of the street. A huge plus for our girls trip was having a bathroom attached to each bedroom. The house was clean and well kept. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and using the grill on a couple of occasions. The proximity to beach (.25 mile) was solid and made for a nice walk or quick bike ride. I would say the greatest asset of this house is the pool, having a private pool was a first for us on 30A and made for nice morning and evening swims. All in all great house. Jul 11, 2023 #### Great Home in a Perfect Location We go down to 30A at least once a year and have to say that Seas the Moment is one of the best houses we have stayed at. It was perfect for our family and loved having the option of the private heated pool. It really came in handy with the water being a little too Chilly to swim at the end of March. Chris with property management was great and was super quick to answer any questions I had. My only criticism is that it is not really decorated for families with young childeren. If you have toddlers I recommend sending an adult inside right when you get there to pick up all the fragile decor pieces and move them to an out of reach place. ##### Erin B. It's a lovely, spacious and well appointed home in a quiet Seagrove neighborhood within walking distance to the beach, shopping, dining, bars and the paved Timpoochee trail that runs the length of 30A. Perfect for families or low key friend trips. You'll have everything you need including a private pool and a wonderful screened porch for relaxing with your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. Rent a bike or golf cart to round out your stay. We've been coming to this area for years and this is THE BEST home and location! Close to Seaside. Chris with Kismet is very responsive.
