It was musty and damp, and each day we tried to stay away from inside the condo as long as humanly possible. We wanted to leave, but didn’t think the property managers would offer us another place. The Bad: the condo’s couches, loveseat, chairs and throw pillows were all damp to the touch. It was as if someone had a swim party and invited everyone to sit on the furniture without drying off . I know the maids cleaned but the bathrooms had long black hairs everywhere including stuck on the paneling The internet worked for about an hour but was worthless the rest of the vacation The Good: the location is great and walkable to everything needed. The views are excellent from the balcony. The management did bring us some febreze and it was a very temporary fix to cover the mildew and musty odor. Kendall was easy to work with and helped unclog the shower drain. The property is worn out and needs a face lift. ##### Ann L. The location was amazing, right on the beach, clean, and management was right there when we messed up the door code. Oops. The only thing this place needs is a fresh coat of paint and some updated furniture. I’m usually not a stickler about the inside of the property since we come down to spend the majority of the time on the beach, but this year we had our 1 year old with us and she wasn’t a fan of the beach so we spent a considerable amount of time inside. Morning coffee on the balcony and relaxing with a glass of wine in the evenings. Just walk out past the sparkling pool and down some steps and you’re on the beach with chairs and an umbrella waiting for you. Planning on making it an annual event ##### Carolyn S.
