From various seating areas and entertainment zones, to upscale and newly remodeled decor, the interior of this home will leave you wanting for nothing. It is conveniently located in one of the premiere gated neighborhoods of 30A - just a golf cart or bike ride away from the many stores and beaches this beautiful area has to offer! \*Private beach access \*6-seat golf cart \*Exclusive Watersound West gated community with a resort pool \*Located on one of the serene lake close to the Gulf \*The downstairs lakeside screened porch features an outdoor kitchen, grill, dining area, and TV lounge area \*The upstairs area boasts unforgettable views and a swinging bed for ultimate comfort \*The 1st floor master bedroom features a lovely library and desk \*The 2nd floor master has a kitchenette \*Newly remodeled kitchen with a gas range, custom tile backsplash, and shelving \*All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and large TVs for entertainment \*Electric Fireplace in the living room \*Large laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for convenience \*8 dining seats at the dinner table and additional seats at the breakfast bar Watersound West is ideally located in the heart of 30A. Our house is 0.7 miles from the Old Florida Fish House and Buddy’s seafood market, 1.7 miles from The Hub, 5 miles from Rosemary Beach, and 4 miles from Seaside, and close to Deer Lake State Park beach access. Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities. Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation. We loved how the sleeping areas are separated so that everyone has their own personal space and the teens could sleep as late as they liked without being disturbed by the early risers! It is a perfect location; the community pool is right around the corner and getting to the beach is no problem at all. We used the brand-new street legal golf cart to park at the pool, then we strolled across the beautiful boardwalk to get to the beach. The beds were extremely comfortable, the home is a perfect size and the screened in patio and BBQ area are a dream. The little ones LOVED the porch swings and TV area upstairs. The older crew loved morning walks in the beautiful neighborhood and coffee on the patio. We have been staying along 30A for 12+ years and we would book this home again in a heartbeat! ##### Jennifer D.
