At night you can gaze at the stars from the private balcony while you listen to the surf break. The Sandbox includes a very comfortable queen bed and queen sleeper sofa for accommodations for 4\. There is a full kitchen equipped with pots and pans, dishes an utensils for your use. Enjoy your stay in this comfortable Studio with wonderful pool, and Beach access across the street. Located in Seagrove but very close to Seaside, Grayton Beach, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach and just a short hop to Panama City or Destin. Guest have access to the entire apartment, pay laundry (next to the pool), the pool in the courtyard and Pelayo beach access (across the street from the west side of the condos) We are available to answer any questions you may have through the Airbnb app, text or call during reasonable hours eastern time. We are situated on Florida's Beautiful Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach. The condo is directly across the street from the Beach and you can access the beach via the Pelayo Beach access located at the crosswalk on the West side of the Condo's. There is normally a chair and umbrella vendor on the beach there. Right next door to the condo on the East side is Butterfly bike rentals, you can rent bikes there and you will find bike racks conveniently located in the breezeways of the condo for storage. There is a bike path that runs parallel for the length of 30A, with many places to explore; Seaside is just about 1.5 miles to the west and a pretty easy bike ride. 1\. \*\*Age Requirement\*\*: Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. The primary renter must be present in the unit for the entire duration of the stay. 2\. \*\*Identification\*\*: Valid photo ID of the primary renter is required at the time of check-in for verification purposes. 3\. \*\*Occupancy Limit\*\*: Strictly adhere to the occupancy limit set for the property.
