Guest Access There is parking for 3-4 cars in the driveway! Other things to note \-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees. \-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay \-Smoking is strictly prohibited. \-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. \-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters. \-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. House was adorable, spacious and accommodating for a large family. Lots of kitchen supplies for cooking for everyone in the family. We had a great time hanging in the pool while watching college football on the outdoor TV and the accessible beach was beautiful! There were some minor house issues on arrival which were promptly addressed and repaired.While the beach is close, access isn’t particularly convenient if you have a large load and little kids as the only public beach access makes you traverse a body of water connecting to Eastern Lake. Lugging babies and toddlers and wagons full of beach items not ideal. For families with older kids and adults, not really a big issue. Having the LSV was clutch in getting closer to the beach and lightening the load. Just some small things to consider if you have little ones or lots to carry.We did really enjoy our time and made lots of fun memories! Thanks for hosting us! ##### Alison U.
