I never thought I could get a small, inexpensive rental on the beach in Grayton. Everything around this property is huge with 5, 6, 7 bedrooms. All we needed were 2, and this is right across from the beach boardwalk. Lots of space, nice porch, easy to go back and forth to the beach multiple times per day. It was clean, comfortable, and perfect location. It's not directly on the beach, but does have a little bit of a view and is only a very short walk to the lagoon/beach. My children were able to ride their bikes in the vicinity without fear of traffic since it is a dead end. It is not fancy but tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The beds were great! I loved the deck on the front of the house so I could sit outside and see the ocean.
