This charming top floor vacation home is your gateway to a blissful family vacation, offering breathtaking views of the Gulf and the sparkling pool. Here’s why this is the perfect choice for your next family vacation: \*Prime 30A Beachfront Location \*Overlooks the large beachfront community pool \*Expansive Balcony facing the Gulf and beachfront pool \*Spacious open floor plan in the living and dining areas \*Comfortable Seating: Lounge around our large Smart TV, perfect for movie nights and relaxation \*Modern kitchen that features brand-new stainless steel appliances, countertop cube ice maker, wine cooler, and kitchen island \*The dining table seats 6, with additional seating for four at the kitchen island \*Each bedroom has a comfortable bed, a Smart TV, and a bathroom \*Luxurious Master Suite: Enjoy a beautifully appointed ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and double sink vanity \* A full-size washer and dryer \*We have room to park one car, but we may be able to accommodate two cars during the off-season \*The pool will be closed due to it being resurfaced from January 5th to January 12th. Golf cart rentals are not allowed at this property. Grills are not permitted on site or on the balcony. Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities. Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.
