Bed was comfortable. Kitchen has all the pots and pans you would ever need. Deck had incredible view of ocean. Washer and dryer was not in condo but at bottom of stairs. They were very handy and available most of the time. Tips - if you stay more than a couple days bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. If it is very important for you to have a front row spot on the beach, you will need to set your umbrella up between five and 5:30 am. 30A Shades start setting up about 5:00am and have most of the front row of the beach covered by 6:20 am. Of course you can rent an umbrella and 2 chairs from them for 50 a day. We spent most of our time in the water, so this was not important to us. 30A even offered one day to drill our hole for our umbrella in the sand very nice guys. We enjoy the condo and definitely stay in the future when we are in the area. ##### Tim M. We only stayed 3 days, had we had stayed longer we would have really needed a washer/dryer.
