You can take them through 16 distinct beach communities along the 19 miles of the paved Timpoochee Trail on 30A to find tons of sights, shopping, and dining opportunities. Nature lovers can spot lots of rare birds at Grayton Beach State Park, part of the Great Florida Birding Trail, just four and a half miles west. While you're there, sample a local brew at Grayton Beer Brewpub right next door.

Great Place but Beware of the Sun
I gave all five stars so clearly I enjoyed everything. My friend and I got super sunburned even though we were both under an umbrella the entire time. We did not know the sun reflected off the sand and under the umbrella. This is not your fault, of course, but as a courtesy I think it would be nice to put a warning or something on the fridge by the number to rent the chairs and umbrella letting people know this. Thank you.

Affordable, great location, outdated, clean, roomy, could use remodeling, otherwise very nice, plenty of supplies such as towels, paper goods, soaps, and awesome proximity to the ocean with beach access. Beautiful view out the windows and a nice little balcony from which to enjoy the ocean.

Refurbish Needed
This condo is in a prime location (beach front) but is in dire need of an upgrade. The carpet felt like walking on soiled dirt to the point of blackening our feet. The drains would back up. [We had to call maintenance the first day there to fix the shower drain.] The furniture looked seemed soiled with dirt as were the pillows. I didnt want my family even sitting on them. All else was tolerable. I would suggest the owner buy sofa covers and zipper pillow covers to throw in the wash before every stay or every other stay. I dont mean to be rude but for the amount of money people are spending to stay in prime locations should be worth the stay.

Nice location but that is about it. I am a VRBO customer and I will ensure that the next time I rent from VRBO, it is a VRBO property. The carpet was filthy and the entire condo needs updating. There was no information on any local restaurants or things to do on a rainy day at the beach. There were no games to play or even a deck of cards.

Amazing view- lackluster accommodations
This is my first non 5 star review of a property I have stayed in. I am not a fussy traveler and genuinely can find optimistic things to say about many places I have stayed. I will start with this: The view and location of the condo is stellar. Like 10/10 I absolutely lived on the deck overlooking the ocean. Loved it. Shower pressure was good and the sheets were clean and bed comfortable. The cons are things that I felt could be rectified almost immediately with very little cost: The sofas and sofa pillows were severely stained all over. Like I didn’t even want to sit on them kind of stained. The carpets are thin and very dirty. Again I left my shoes on while walking around. Small things like toilet paper roll holder broken, slats on the closet doors were damaged and broken, the bathroom caulking was brownish and peeling along the tub and walls. The bathroom sink doesn’t drain. This unit really is a diamond in the rough. With a little TLC it could be a 5 star stay!

Love the location!
Very outdated. Stains on couches and carpet. Lamp didn’t work. A few ants in kitchen. Dishwasher didn’t Clean the dish well. Management was great! Microwave didn’t work. They replaced it within 1 hour. I didn’t receive the email re: the condo code and I called and they immediately sent it to me. Very pleased with them. Can’t the location! Perfect! Bring your own chairs and tent. Easy setup. You can rent them too.

Old place but Beautiful Location
The beach here is amazing and the location perfect but this place is very old and shabby. It did not feel clean. There is a lot of moldy looking stuff everywhere. As soon as I checked in, we flipped on a light and all the power went out in the back of the place. None of the furniture matches and it’s old and stained. The management company was very nice but this place is what it is.

Great view, but needs updating
Everything was made easy and simple from booking to checking in and checking out. We did have to call to find out where our second car could be parked since there’s only one spot per unit (park at the vacasa office which was just two mins away, not bad). We also had to call about finding out what to do for checking out (just take trash out and put used dishes in dishwasher and running it when we leave) since I couldn’t find any info on that. The stay was nice since you are right on the beach. This is a third story condo, so carrying a 65 cooler up is tough. The condo decor and furniture are outdated and couches have stains all over them which was a turn off for how much you pay. The shower and curtain was very dirty looking as well. I just think with how much they take in every year, they could spruce it up a bit. You are also right at one of the lakes along 30A, so you get the darker water at shore from the lake. But overall, we had a great time and always enjoy ourselves on 30A.

Perfectly Located
This place was perfectly located. It is not in the hustle and bustle of Seaside, but not to far to drive over for dinner and shopping. The proximity to the beach is what made this place a win. From room to ocean side was 50 yards. And, when your on the balcony, you feel like you are sitting on the beach. The condo could use a little update, but that did not bother us at all. We can’t wait to come stay again.

Labor Day vacation
The property was clean and had all the kitchen appliances needed except a skillet (was was a problem but after I called the care line, was delivered within one hour). We were a bit disappointed with the patio furniture. Not that it needed to match but definitely felt like it was bought at a garage sale. There was at least one strap missing on every chair which made it uncomfortable. It would have been nice to have taller “bar” chairs and table. When sitting on the deck in the morning and evening, the beautiful view was disrupted but the rail. The beach access was fantastic. It was busy (as expected) over the weekend but not with crazy party types so that was nice. Ideal location for a family or for relaxing. By the way, if you are searching for beach chairs and umbrellas while there you can reserve them from 30abeachshade. When I called vacasa for help with finding someone to rent from vacasa did not have anyone to refer. However, the beach company was down there right outside every day.

Extremely dirty and outdated, disgusting condo. Owner should be ashamed and embarrassed to rent!
My Wife and I were looking to rent a condo last minute and this was one of the last ones available. We read the reviews that were not good but decided to take a chance on, it was a bad mistake. When we arrived to the condo we were overtaken by a strong musty smell. It was so bad my wife had to buy 2 plug-ins to help mask the smell. The walls in the entire unit were dirty, smudges in the hallway, kitchen, bathroom etc. It needed a fresh coat of paint. The current paint was cracking and peeling in certain spots like the bathroom next to the light switch. The kitchen counter tops were old and outdated, stained and rust on the sink. The counter tops were chipped and warped from years of use. The side of the fridge had rust spots, at first glance looked like food was splashed on it and dried (it was rust). The fridge door didn't close all the way and left a little gap in the seal. The carpet was old and worn down. It looked like a brown worn out weathered outdoor carpet however it was indoor carpet that looked about 20 years old. My guess is that this was were the smell was coming from. The tile floor in the bathroom was old, damaged and showed multiple signs of repair. The floors looked like a 2 year old completed these repairs (it was bad). The floor was disgusting and had peeling / cracked caulk and grout everywhere. Tiles were cracked and chipped in the door entrances. The sliding glass closet door in the bathroom had rust at the bottom and was old and needed updating. The furniture in the unit was old and outdated, from the table and chairs, the bed and even the pictures on the walls. The only good thing that I can say is that there was a new couch and love seat in the unit that we were told was put in a week ago. The patio furniture was old and could barely be called patio furniture. Old metal framed chairs with plastic ribbon seats. Don't sit in these, they might break. The screens on the back doors were off the tracks and propped up against the doors. One of the handles to the sliding doors were completely broken off and missing. Owner, put some money into this and do a remodel. We rent every year in these 2 buildings and never seen anything like this. This condo needs a remodel bad. We called to the front desk and the the associate Jillian was amazing understood and moved us immediately to a much better unit next door in CR. Thank you Jillian so much for all of your help, you were amazing
