This includes bikes, beach chair and umbrella set-ups, backpack beach chairs, paddle boards, kayaks, tours/experiences and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family! Casa Felice is only a short walk to 30A's newest beach access, and just steps from the community pool! Upon entering the beautifully decorated open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area, you will notice there is more than enough seating to accommodate everyone in your group! The large family room has 2 couches and an oversized comfy chair so that everyone has a spot for movie night!! The dining area features a large farmhouse table with seating for up to 10 people and an additional 3 stools at the kitchen island. This brand-new kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need during your stay, as well as beautifully appointed with stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. On the first level of the home, you will find the first of the home's many spacious outdoor entertaining areas. The home's back patio is screened in, and furnished with a large sectional, and dining table so you can spend your evening outside enjoying the gorgeous weather of the panhandle. Also on this level of the home, you will find a half bath and laundry room for your added convenience. The second level of the home features 2 king suites and a small additional living area. It is on this level that your guests can enjoy their king suite and private balcony, while you enjoy the Master suite complete with a large king-sized bed, gorgeous bathroom, and your own oversized private balcony. The Master balcony boasts comfortable seating for two, as well as a hammock for those lazy days of summer. Moving up to the third floor of the home you will find the home's second master suite, a bunk room that sleeps 4 with a twin over full bunk bed and a twin trundle bed, and a small kids reading/iPad nook. Off the second master suite, there is another large balcony with plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy as well as a small game table. It is on this balcony where you will also find the steps to access the roof of the home's top deck!! Boasting two loungers, and a swing seat, your morning coffee or evening nightcap has never been so sweet! All four of the home's bedrooms boast a private balcony, and a private full bathroom making this home the entertainer's dream! The couch in the family room is sooooo comfortable…my sister and I kept trying to find the tag to see who made it We took a girl’s trip. There were 7 adult women and 1 toddler in our group. We had plenty of room to spread out and put our things and loads of hot water Several outdoor spaces. The walk to the beach is not bad. It was about a 7 minute walk, completely paved. Very close to beach but we had to rent a golf cart to get around which makes it so much more fun as opposed to driving your car to beach. Loved all the balconies each bedroom had…each had their own uniqueness. The third floor balcony did not have seating so that was disappointing but definitely looking at the sunset and stars at night was a plus from the rooftop balcony, The neighborhood was beautiful and lots of families and kids at community pool just steps away. One thing we were wishing this house had was sand toys, umbrella, chairs etc. we decided not to purchase any of those items so our beach time was on towels. We did finally break down and buy sand toys for the kids for sand castles plus nets and bucket for crab hunting so we had to carry home with us. But we lived the house. It was very family friendly and cozy. One recommendation too would be to get a TV for the back porch. The back porch was beautiful seating and we wanted to all watch movie on porch but no TV. Ty for sharing this lovely home. The home was clean & stocked with everything needed in the kitchen, bathrooms had towels & organizers & space, outside grill, books, family games. The decor of the home was beachy & not cluttered or overwhelming. Very secure, safe & quiet location. Of course we went on low season but it’s close enough to the beach that you can rent a golf cart and find parking spots easily. The beds were super comfortable, the showers were a dream, the kitchen and appliances all top notch, the balconies, the living area- we had movie night and then on clear nights we’d walk to the upper deck to o watch the stars. Séjour de 4 nuits en septembre 2021 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### rebecca g., Waco, Texas 10 juill. 2021 Points forts : Propreté #### Beautiful Property, Directly Across Dune Allen Beach Access This is a brand new property that is located in a new neighborhood which is directly across 30A at the Dune Allen Beach access. It literally a 2 minute drive to drop off your beach gear and about a 7 minute walk to the beach. The people in the neighborhood are pleasant and helpful. We had three couples and one 14 year old with us. The house has four LARGE bedrooms, and each has its own balcony and bathroom. There is a half bath downstairs off the living area. It was perfect for us! Our older son wasn't able to come with us this year but he could have easily stayed in the bunk room with his sister. We will definitely be back! ##### rebecca g.
