Our beautiful sugar-white beaches are a 7-minute ride by car!

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that we will need a card on file, a copy of your driver's license, and proof of insurance to be received per cart before your arrival.
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Clean and updated home
The home was well kept, updated and matched the photos and description. Overall it’s a nice place to stay.
The house was well set up for families or other groups. The bunk bed was great and had a trundle beneath.
The neighborhood was quiet, but the home is in the very front of the addition near the main road.
Things to be aware of: we didn’t find the golf cart very usable at this location. The main road you take to shopping/dining is busy. To get to the beach, you have to cross hwy 98 (crosswalk) and you’re not allowed to take outside golf carts into Sandestin, so we found ourselves not bothering with it. This isn’t the owner’s fault, just something to be aware of.
The house is sparse. There were no beach towels provided but they did have some beach items like a wagon, umbrella, chairs, and toys.
The kitchen items were very limited. The salt shaker was empty, so only pepper. Nothing else.
There were k-cups but no keurig. No coffee filters or coffee for the drip coffee maker. Again, not a huge problem but something to be aware of and maybe a suggestion to the owners to include.
This property does have you sign an outside rental contract. Some clauses bothered me, so I addressed with VRBO and they put me at ease though.
We did have to send a refundable check for the golf cart, but it was refunded promptly and without having to inquire about it. Company was professional and thorough.

Graduation Ceremony
Our family was in town for my niece’s graduation. It was a quick trip and we needed to be near my sister’s home. This home fit 6 adults to sleep and eat but not much else.
I was a little disappointed that we did not receive check in instructions until check in time. It would have been nice to know prior to arrival to bring beach towels because none were provided in the home. We were lucky that family was nearby and we were able to borrow a few. The living room furniture is a bit big for the space and makes it hard to move around.Overall it was an ok place to crash every evening but not much else.

From day One Check in 80 degrees in the house Called office and they send “someone” out . Maintenance I guess We were told AC was working half *** Then WiFi will not work, broken step l adding to upstairs, railing on staircase is broken and sheets in bunkroom are dirty. We go to get golf cart and box is locked with key in it called office and they tell me I have to bring a$500 money order to get key And before 5:30 because they will not wait Mind you we just drove over 12 hours and were trying to settle in This was all at checkin The rest of our 8 day rental in Sandhills Pine was back and forth calls to the office regarding ac issues They knew amount this on Friday June 28th and we continue to deal with an 80 to 90 degree house the entire stay along with WiFi disconnecting Also on Wednesday we attempt to use the golf cart and it is flat Had to buy fixaflat to be able to use after paying additional $500 on top of $4000 rental After constantly hearing “I’m sorry” numerous times on my calls to Beyond Blue, we cut our trip short bc it is simply too hot in the house All I am offered my Nino is that she has taken notes and will start a case “expedited” which I have yet to hear from anyone except this auto generated email to review them Did I mention a whole wall lost power off and on as well??? Terrible house, terrible property management and everyone passes the buck I have asked for a full refund along with $500 golf cart fee We shall see if we have to get attorney involved Thank you Beyond Blue for making our 24 vacation literally ****!!!!
